Regarding your treatment, we previously attempted to contact you but were unable to reach you. Therefore, please allow us to provide a brief and general explanation: Regarding the Clinical Procedure (Tooth No. 16): We would like to affirm that our doctor followed the correct professional protocol in cases of recurrent decay underneath an old filling. The doctor’s goal was to preserve your natural tooth as much as possible by removing the old filling, cleaning the decay, placing a new filling, and closely monitoring the pulp condition. We have also confirmed that the information regarding pulp monitoring and the possibility of further treatment steps if prolonged pain occurred was communicated to you by both the doctor and the treatment consultant before starting the procedure. Tooth No. 46: The adjustment of the high contact point was performed to help you feel more comfortable when biting, and this action does not affect a healthy tooth in any way. This was explained by the doctor beforehand; however, we sincerely regret if the process caused you any discomfort. Regarding Review Policies: We apologize if at any point during your experience our staff made you feel a lack of sincerity.
