If you fail, you will be transferred to another dental clinic, they will ask another doctor to fix it for you. But this doctor doesn't know how to fix it :). They just do a new one and take the money and that's it. They will take you to neighboring districts. There is responsibility, but it takes 1-5 months to fix it if it's minor. And be conscious of spending money to fix it again for quickness :)
