A customer paid a 2 million VND deposit for teeth grinding and scaling, but received no receipt for the deposit. They advised the customer to come back when they had time, saying they were busy traveling abroad and would return in a few months for the dental work. No further explanation was given. The scaling and fillings were charged 1.7 million VND. The deposit was claimed to be waived because the work hadn't been done in a long time. What a terrible dental clinic! Charging 1.7 million VND for fillings. Absolutely awful.

The scaling was quite painful and not thorough; they scraped quite deep into the gums, using excessive force, resulting in several days of difficulty eating and significant bleeding. The teeth were filled, but the process wasn't complete and tiny bits were still there. Between the wife and husband, I don't know who was the professional, but the wife's procedure was extremely painful; the scaling was worse than a wisdom tooth extraction 🥲🥲. Anyone getting fillings should carefully examine their cavities and only fill those. Don't just get a few fillings; they're all about aggressive service and lack professionalism (they even sterilized the dental instruments with Sunlight dish soap 🥲😰). I won't be returning!

This is an unethical business practice. I had my teeth done here. This couple only cares about taking money from customers. They do a sloppy job and treat customers badly. Everyone should avoid this place, or you'll end up like me, feeling frustrated. They're deceitful.
