The doctor was meticulous in filling, especially Dr. Luu, who successfully filled my monster tooth because the other doctor filled the tooth and the more it hurt, the more the tooth root hurt until Dr. Luu finished filling it smoothly🙏. 2 years later, I went to another dentist and it still wasn't okay and had to go back to the dentist to have it checked again because this place has the most dedication and professional skills I've ever been to.
First time experiencing braces here and very satisfied. The doctor gave a clear plan, transparent cost, no additional charges. Every follow-up visit was fully reminded of the schedule.
The space is comfortable, the doctors are dedicated and kind. The consulting staff are enthusiastic, and the services here are more reasonably priced than other places I've been to before. Overall, it's great, I recommend it!

I always look forward to my visits to Nha Khoa Bao Viet in Hanoi. Almost half my mouth is made of Vietnamese teeth now! And Dr. Lưu and staff are so welcoming and accommodating, even with my tight schedule at times. However, my most recent visit (June 14, 2025) left a completely different impression. Problems encountered: 1. Mandatory X-ray imaging - Problem: Immediate mandatory X-ray imaging under the pretext of "checking" without any specific indication that it was necessary. - Cost: 150,000 VND - Assessment: Signs of technology abuse to increase revenue 2. X-ray facility - Location: Residential building (ground floor has a spa and bubble tea shop) - Concerns: Does not meet radioactive material management standards - Staff: Technicians lack experience and require guidance from colleagues - Hygiene: Teeth-biting instruments are crudely wrapped in plastic, posing a risk of cross-contamination 3. Service consultation - Attitude: Overly focused on selling expensive services (cosmetic porcelain veneers) - Price list: Teeth cleaning 200,000 VND, fillings 400,000-1,500,000 VND 4. Service execution - SERIOUS PROBLEMS - Personnel: The person performing the service was not a doctor and wore a blue nurse's uniform - Technique: - Rough handling and constantly claiming bleeding was due to my gingivitis.
