The worst and most unprofessional consultation I have ever experienced at a dental clinic. They were even very rude at the end. Despite weeks of preliminary discussions and clearly specifying the treatment I wanted, these details were disregarded at the last minute, and the treatment was cancelled. I wasted time and money on travel and accommodation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic…

Your answer ans explaining are wrong same and you dont understand the real problem.... Let me just say one thing.... i did never ask or talk about a general anesthesia !!!! During the consultation process, our team explained that our dental clinic is able to provide **conscious sedation/premedication (tiền mê)** when clinically appropriate. However, **deep general anesthesia/general anesthesia is not performed at our dental clinic**. This type of anesthesia requires a hospital setting with the appropriate facilities, equipment, anesthesia team, and emergency support. Although we understand that you had clearly communicated your preferred treatment in advance, the safety and appropriateness of the anesthesia method must be confirmed before treatment can proceed. Once it became clear that the requested treatment required **general anesthesia beyond the scope of what our clinic is licensed and equipped to provide**, we could not ethically or safely proceed with the procedure. This decision was made solely for **patient safety and compliance with medical requirements**, and not because we disregarded your treatment preferences. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, particularly regarding your travel and accommodation arrangements. We also regret if any communication at the end of the consultation came across as rude or unprofessional. That was not the experience we intended to provide. We respect your decision to share your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review. Patient safety will always remain our highest priority, even when it means that we cannot proceed with a requested treatment under conditions that our clinic cannot safely provide.

In 8/2025 My first trip in VN for implant my teeth by SQ Dentist ( Dr Phu). Dr Phu explained steps by step and procedures of appointments. . We’ve quoted & agree the price in total of 19 teeth but done 17 by the end . Consultant/ Sales boy ( Thong) asked us Do you request any Doctor? I replied Doctor Phu we prefer. By the time my sister did her it’s not Dr Phu it’s a Lady Dr Hien. I asked them again I want Dr Phu did for my sister they said Dr Phu not available because in middle of treatment so I can not change clinic. My sister told me that every time she visited clinic she’s has a stressful nightmare with this Lady Dr. During/ after treatment appointment. My sister advised Dr Hien that’s her teeth discomfortable & unable to chewing nor bites at all.also her 1 teeth a bit coming out then others and she wants Dr to fix again But Doctor ignored and told her that her Jaw/ mouth likes this. Also my sister mentioned to me from Australia to here and paying a lot of money to do but can’t eat? I am frustrated when my sister said like this. Also I have my younger brother return 2 trip on 23/6/26 to complete 2 round & he told me that SQ clinic now so bad taking cares customers and want the job done then take the money . Even second trip comes back I have a nightmare with accommodation provides . We stayed 2 weeks for implant me & my sister. I have to pay upfront $ able to get 1 room extra. When I got into the room the bath not secure when showered , water poured out from the bath and floating side by side , horrible experiences that I never come across in my life. Normally appointments to see Doctor for next appointment set by Senior Sales Consultant Lady but we’ve got her texted appts next day is morning so we went out for Dinner then after Dinner we’re comes back Receptionist told us that your appointment has rescheduled afternoon at 12:30 pm so we turned up 12:30pm at SQ Dentist then Receptionist said I don’t have appointment then she asked us to leaves . Then other days Receptionist told us to Check out one day before we flew home because SQ Dentist doesn’t cover the last day we stayed. I would likes request SQ Dentist should training your staff and takes care and following up customers during treatment and problem solving because we all overseas and have no times also install payment due . SQ Dentist should give or advise customers notices for payment “Date” instead finish then ask customers to make a payment.also Accommodation should interactive between SQ Dentist & Hotel. Unless if customers want to stay after treatment they have to pay their pocket money. My family & relatives & friends referred by my sister Mai in August 2025 has no problem but in August 2026 it’s a nightmare for us. And now i am back Australia and my friends want me to refers them . Do you think should I refers to SQ Dentist ? I will research other Clinic if SQ Dentist doesn’t change their strategy.
There are no actual doctors at this clinic. The staff treating patients, like Sang and Phu, aren't registered with the Department of Health. Only one doctor, Tam, is listed in the official registry, but they never actually treated me. Please consider carefully before coming here. I will report this to the police.
