I've taken my family member for follow-up appointments several times and noticed the waiting area was dirty, with no improvement. There was also a male receptionist who stared at customers constantly without asking how they were doing while we waited for a long time, which was very unpleasant. I hope things will be better next time.

The dental office works enthusiastically and professionally. The doctor examined and consulted thoroughly. The day I went for filling, Dr. Thao filled my teeth thoroughly and cleaned them cleaner than other places I've had them done. The day I went for wisdom tooth extraction, Dr. Dat extracted them quickly and with less pain. He played Jack's music for me to listen to to ease my anxiety :)). The customer service staff were also enthusiastic and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. I hope the dental office will bring more smiles to customers in the future.

I just had a dental check-up here. The service was okay, but when I got to the examination room, it was REALLY HOT. It completely ruined my mood; I didn't want to go through with the service at all. This is a minor issue to judge, but imagine being in the heat outside, then going to the examination room feeling anxious and hot โ it was incredibly uncomfortable, like they were saving on air conditioning. I hope the dental clinic pays attention to these basic details.
