I loved the infrastructure; I first visited the clinic a few months ago, and now it's completely renovated. Congratulations to the team. I'm loving my treatment so far.

This company is unethical and doesn't keep its word. I told them I live outside of Belo Horizonte, and due to the rain I had to cancel twice. The person said it wasn't a problem, that they understood. When I went to reschedule the appointment, they asked me to pay for the treatment even though it hadn't been done. In short, they just wanted to take my money.

I don't know if it's a fake review or someone using a fake profile to complain... In any case, it's company policy that patients pay the full amount or make a down payment for the contracted service in advance so that we can schedule the procedures. We are a private clinic, we work with a schedule, and each available time slot has a cost. We understand that unforeseen events happen and we are very flexible with the schedule, including rescheduling and appointments outside of regular hours, as you can see from our reviews. I apologize if I did not meet your expectations, but we work seriously and honestly, and we have excellent feedback from our clients here at our company. Every contracted service is provided with care, attention, and excellence.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ana Carla for many years at Neolife, where I receive impeccable care. My journey of periodic checkups to maintain my dental health is exceptional. Neolife's location within the Lifecenter, with excellent parking inside the building, is very convenient!

Excellent. Very professional. Where I thought I was going to have a root canal, they used a laser and solved the problem. Where I thought there was nothing, they removed a cavity that was a crater underneath. With magic hands, without needing anesthesia, as I prefer. I recommend them.
Today I came to accompany my 91-year-old father. The treatment at Neolife is excellent, the clinic is very well-equipped and the staff is competent and attentive.
