We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Neo Smile Dental Clinic in Sri Petaling. minutes! Back story: My son had to extract his aching wobbly baby tooth urgently before his swimming competition at Bukit Jalil. All that only costs RM 60.
Dr. Lim provides excellent patient advice and education. The clinic is clean and hygienic, with excellent service. The doctor is very kind and attentive, providing ample information on oral health, teeth, and gum care. Highly recommended!

But when it came to the extraction of the wisdom tooth, doctor was very calm and guided as what she was doing step by step and that gave me assurance and calmness. Procedure when smoothly. Thinking problem solved, but the night the original pain came from another tooth, so without hesitation we WhatsApp Neo Smile and with assistance we're able to make an appointment for the same evening. I removed the trouble tooth and with great ease the pain when away. I had an appointment on 25 August 2025 at 11:30am together with my girlfriend. or seemed to rush through the process. It was very painful, and I felt it was done without proper care—especially since my girlfriend was already waiting for me to finish. This was honestly my worst experience at a dental clinic. I will not be coming back, and I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously to improve their service.

Very professional and highly skilled Dr Lim extracting my wisdom tooth in short time without I even noticed the extraction had completed! Excellent treatment by Dr. Ng! Went here to remove my wisdom tooth and it was such a smooth and painless procedure that I was pleasantly surprised that it did not hurt at all afterwards! Would definitely recommend Dr Ng for her excellent service!

I had very complicated teeth before i visit Dr.Lim with broken front tooth, crowed teeth. After 2 yrs 9 mths treatment(braces). Finally i had got the best result i wanted. During this time, we have to book appointment in advance which is very good and when i arrived i am the only patient in the clinic. Very reliable and fast reply when contacted them through whatsapp for booking. Clinic looks still new and very clean too. The dentist is friendly and informative too. Will come back for the next checkup since it is also affordable for thewhile family.
