nd doesn't rush through it. Even after the procedure, he'll check on me the next day and ask how im doing, if there's any pain and if everything is ok. I've been going there for a few years now and I've also recommended Nair dental and Dr Hari to my family. They all have said the same thing. They're always amazed at how comfortable they are during the treatment and like how he is gentle and really gives extra care and time for his patients. Now they've started telling their social circle about his attention to detail and overall great service. Highly recommended!

d knowledgeable in his field. He was able to detect subtleties and offered a thorough explanation of the problem was and treatment choices. What I needed was a complete extraction of the dead tooth due to decay and install a implant or crown. He took his time to explain treatments, underlying conditions and risks. His treatment was entirely customized to ME. I have a small jaw that can't seem to open wide enough to install the implant. He spent additional effort to get a 3D imaging scanner for my mouth/teeth instead of a manually cranking the implant into my mouth. The 3D scanning technology is quite advanced, I must say (I'm into computer technology & imaging, so I'm extremely aware of it). The outcome? Absolutely astonishingly well done. Installation of the final implant took a MASSIVE amount of time, 10 minutes. LOL Very, very impressed to a point that I wanted to review the dentistry here and I'm planning to recommend him to all my friends and families. Thank you Dr Nair and Dr Naveen!

One of the more important decisions we made was on how long I wanted to keep the braces on for. After 7/8 months of having them on I was quite ready to take off and properly pronounce my f's (but unfortunately, my f's will still sound weird until I take off my retainers in another 6 months). But Dr. Naveen, ever the perfectionist, actually would prefer to keep them on for longer. We 'negotiated' a bit and Dr. Naveen agreed to tailor a strategy to fit my preferred timeline. Though he did try his luck again this morning to see if I would change my mind and keep it on for longer (Sorry, Doc🤷🏽‍♀️). To be fair, I think what he has been able to do with my teeth in such a short time frame is already incredible (imagine what he could have done if he had more time! 😱). And all of my appointments have been quite enjoyable (as far as dental appointments can be considered enjoyable). The atmosphere is very calm (not just because Dr. Naveen is very calm and explains things to you, the good choice of music helps too) and you can tell that the doctor is very thorough in all of the procedures - you can literally feel it in your mouth 😬 Visha, his wife and the manager of the practice, is also always very helpful and friendly. She recommended Mr Naan and Mrs Idli which is now my favourite Indian restaurant and she even once helped sign as a witness to a document that I had to finalise - definitely beyond what you would expect from your normal dental practice and I'm so grateful for that. The dental assistants are also very friendly and always help me pick out my preferred colour of elastics (usually pink, of course). Location-wise, they're a walking distance from KL Sentral, so quite accessible. And basically, they're just really great, so if you're looking for a dental practice, do consider Nair. Your teeth will be in good hands😬👌 (PS, being a witness to a document is really more of an admin thing and won't turn you into a party of the document. But still it was a really nice thing for Visha to do and saved me from the hassle of going back home and then making my way to the post office again another day)

like visiting the dentist(most folks don't!) and my last visit before this was 5 years ago so the good Dr had his work cut out for him but he was thorough and I've never felt so refreshed and prouder of my smile. I'm brushing better too thanks to his advice. While there's definitely cheaper alternatives when it comes to dental care, you definitely get what your moneys worth here and for healthier gums and teeth thats a tiny price to pay for something that I'm gonna have to live with for life. Highly recommended! I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

without her milk tooth falling first. We took her to Dr. Rishi to sort out that issue. After a thorough checkup, he guessed that the upper tooth also had the same issue. The milk tooth was not even shaking, but her permanent tooth was about to pop up. He confirmed the same through an x-ray. He analysed very well, extracted her upper teeth, and told us to bring her again after a couple of months. By that time, my daughter started to become scared of braces since they would be uncomfortable and little painful. However, she really needed braces to align the teeth. As parents, we couldn't convince her. We took her to Dr. Rishi for a follow-up appointment. There, he relieved our mind. He counselled and convinced her. He also extracted one more tooth and made her ready to wear braces suiting to her dental alignment. We are really very grateful to him. He is not only a great dentist but a very good counsellor, too.
