Nador Dental - Caring Dentistry

At the beginning of September, in complete despair, I turned to Nàdor Dental, because I had so much inflammation in my mouth, constant pain, and many bad dental experiences that I could not stand it. After the first treatment, a tooth extraction, in which Dr. Jòzsef Nèmeth helped me, I immediately decided that I would have all my teeth done here, I experienced such great kindness and patience from him, and from the assistant lady, Anita - wonderful people. Today, Dr. György Szmirnov, an oral surgeon, pulled my tooth, which was otherwise very difficult to remove - I have never experienced such patience, kindness, calmness, and professionalism from him - and I have never experienced this from a doctor before, and this is very important to me because I had such a bad, traumatic oral surgery experience before - both physically and mentally - that when I first came to Nàdor Dental, I literally cried before anything even happened. I feel that this experience today has absolutely rehabilitated something in me about the fact that there are doctors who live in my head as an ideal image of this. This is also a confirmation for me that after so many bad experiences, I didn't have too high expectations to find a dentist who is not only professionally competent, but also HUMAN, patient, empathetic, doesn't scold me, doesn't belittle me if I'm a little nervous - I found more here. I was also lucky with the Dental Hygienist lady, who did everything completely painlessly, with great calm, even though I'm the one who needs anesthetic for everything - well, I didn't need it here. The ladies at the reception are very nice, communication with them is very fast and smooth, they are always up to date, and they have a very pleasant nature. In addition to the fact that the place is very aesthetic, I never have the feeling of a “dental office” when I come here, I feel more relaxed, and I also feel the price-quality ratio is very fair, and also that the costs were known in advance, and I can plan for the next treatment financially, this was an important aspect for me, since I have a lot to do. I still have a few things to do with my teeth, but I will turn to them for my whole life, no matter what problem I have in this area, and I will recommend Nàdor Dental exclusively to everyone - I always come smiling, cheerful, and I really receive maximum care - as the name promises. I can only speak in superlatives, I thank you very much for everything, if I could, I would give 6 stars.

I am deathly afraid of the dentist, and have even had some painful experiences in Budapest over the last year. Nádor was exactly the type of professional and caring atmosphere I needed. They prepped me by explaining everything that needed to be done and extracted an infected tooth for me. I didn’t feel a thing and I struggle with sensitivity. They even texted me afterward to make sure the healing was coming along smoothly. Everyone I came across in that office restored my faith in the dental industry! Thank you guys for your care!

I struggle with panic disorder and anxiety, and I was looking for a dentist who would be sensitive and patient enough to deal with such problems. I found it here :) I was greeted by a very helpful and kind atmosphere when I first contacted him. I was referred to Dr. József Németh, with whom we agreed on a two-hour sedation treatment after a medical assessment. Even before the treatment, they tried to create a calm environment, the whole team was very kind, so that there would be no problems even with the wait :) During the two-hour treatment (which I actually don't remember anything about), they managed to solve all the problems that had accumulated and existed over the years (8 fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction)! :) It was a huge relief to get over everything in one go, and apart from the anesthetic injection - which was not painful - I didn't feel anything. If someone is also very anxious, or simply doesn't want to know what is happening in their mouth during the treatment, I can only recommend this type of treatment and this clinic :)

Nador dental clinic is the best in the world! I am American and live in both the states and England, traveled to 15 countries, lived in 5 countries. When I tell you Nador clinic is the best in the world, I mean it. I have been attending for the past two years. He is the only dentist who will give me a full dental block for my extremely sensitive teeth so the hygienist can clean properly and I am not in pain. The hygienists are always so sweet and help me relax. Szilvia is the office manager and schedules everything. She is super accommodating to your needs especially if you are flying in from out of country. Dr. Németh is knowledgeable and honest. He has removed my wisdom teeth - made sure I didn’t have any nerve wrapped around my teeth by doing CT - also, placed metal retainer for upper and lower teeth, and will never do a procedure if it’s not indicated - this way I know he is honest. He could make more money from me because I’m worried I need sealants for my molars but he tell me I’m healthy and have good oral hygiene. Nador clinic is the best!

Nádor Dental kft is by far the most professional, patient centric, high quality, value for money dental practice I have ever been to. Hands down. I travel from London to get my conservative dentistry needs taken care of, and would not have started nor continued on this 12 month journey without the impeccable care, organisation, skill and attentiveness of the amazing dental coordinators Szilvia and Gabriella, the wonderful dental assistants and Dr Németh. I found them through luck while researching dentists in Budapest. The practice was suggested online, the reviews were consistently good, so I emailed my enquiry. Within a few prompt emails, I had all the information needed to make a decision - the most important being an outline of the process, some rough estimates and indications that this was a trustworthy, professional team. In the 12 months since becoming a patient of Dr Németh, I've gained a thorough understanding of my mouth health rather than the vague assessment I experienced in London. 3d scans are taken for clarity to make detailed assessments and treatment plans. In my first 2 night visit, I had the scan, a consultation and chose to begin my dental plan on the first day! The doctor explained what was going on with my teeth, and talked me through the options suggested for health and restorative reasons. It has been quite intensive for a dental-phobe like myself, but the care I experienced has changed my attitude. I am more comfortable in the chair and not triggered by the drill sounds as before. Plus, I am more motivated and responsible in my daily tooth care regimen. I had a tooth removed, root canal, some crowns, new fillings and some old amalgams removed and restored with ceramic, dental cleaning and I'm just finishing the process of a dental implant. I could never have undergone this much work with ANY of my previous dentists! Let's be frank - the cost savings and excellent value are probably the foremost reason anyone travels for a health procedure, especially ongoing treatment such as dental. But I also refer to being looked after properly, the excellent communication and organisation of appointments by Szilvia and Gabriella, feeling safe while undergoing treatment and a concern for your aftercare too. After years of lacking or simply dentists unintentionally not prioritising the patient experience back home, I truly appreciate this as a value add. My results have been fantastic and I will remain a visiting patient to maintain my health. My feedback has taken time to draft because I want this to reach all those taking the same steps I did 12 months ago. I hope they recognise an experience that they want for themselves through this review, and know that contacting Nádor Dental will bring pain relief, highly affordable, quality care and a nice excuse to explore the delights of Budapest. I can also recommend stays at one of their central based holiday apartments. On my first visit, Gabriella organised my transfer from the airport to the apartment within the same building as the office, and that took out the stress of navigating my way around on the first trip

Doctor Botond Bukovszky filled my tooth. In 25 years, I only had two small holes in my teeth, when I noticed them immediately, I went to fill them in time. To my greatest regret, after a little over a year, my tooth broke on both the right and left sides near the fillings, which before had been a small hole thanks to the “excellent” fillings, which ultimately caused a big headache. When I went back with my problem, they blamed me the whole time, saying that I must not be taking care of my teeth, that is why both of my filled teeth decayed further... and they washed their hands of the fact that we are over a year old and although the doctor sees that the problematic tooth that he filled can offer a discounted price at most, he is very reluctant, but not sure about that either. It is interesting that in 25 years my teeth had minimal deterioration, but in the year that passed after my visit to Dr. Bukovszky, two of my teeth (the ones he filled) broke off… The other doctors in the office may be excellent professionals, but I do not recommend Dr. Bukovszky to anyone, if they can choose something else. As for patient-centeredness, the whole thing is a rip-off and the problem is passed on to the patient. Not to mention that the first time, in addition to the panoramic X-ray, fillings, and tartar removal, the doctor also charged me an oral hygiene package as a hidden cost without informing me. I expect better from a downtown office, I do not recommend it and I am outraged. ANSWER: I have been taking proper care of my oral health at home before and since then, thank you very much. The doctor's "humane" indication, according to you, was that on Monday (due to a bad filling), I couldn't properly clean the hole in my broken tooth when I came home from work and they brought this to my attention...which is again a joke because it broke because of the bad filling and he tried to blame this part on me. They are trying to blame the blatant mistake on me. There was no mention of the six-month check-up during my first visit, so it is very easy to say afterwards that I should have shown up like that. Of course, I am getting my tooth filled by a different doctor, since my teeth have deteriorated a lot in a year, so I did my oral care the same way as before...the only difference was the fillings done by the doctor.....High level of unprofessionalism, blaming the patient for the mistake. Or, of course, you can excuse yourself by saying that I had my broken tooth treated by someone else because of the bad filling, but on Monday before my Thursday appointment, my tooth broke at the other filling too... and yet they didn't do anything about it, they just kept scratching their heads and saying, "Wow, the tooth wasn't cleaned properly at the fracture site." Well, they simply don't take responsibility for the obviously bad work:).

The health of my teeth is very important to me. I was always afraid to go to the dentist, afraid of painful procedures, until I met Dr. József Németh. His office welcomed me with a friendly atmosphere. His colleagues are also very qualified and attentive. I have undergone several treatments and am satisfied with the results. Last year I started dental treatments at Nádor Dentál. When I first called them, I knew I was in the right place. Szilvia (the contact lady) was incredibly kind and helpful to me, as she always is to this day :) Dr. Németh explained everything in detail, what to do and what would happen next. I went into it with a bit of trepidation because I didn't know what would happen to me. Until I met them, all I could think about was "will it hurt or not?" "Will they tolerate me?" "Will they have patience with me?" He did root canal treatment on my tooth for the first time, which was 100% painless. It remained a completely positive experience for me. I got out of the chair smiling and cheerful. Then, as we moved forward step by step, all my worries and fears disappeared. I really loved them, everyone!:) The day came when I had to have my two wisdom teeth extracted. Of course, this was part of the treatment plan, I just kept pulling and postponing it as long as I could. Last week I went to Dr. György Szmirnov. I was very, very scared and terrified. In the days before, I couldn't eat or sleep because of the nerves. When I sat in the chair, Dr. and Anita Gacza-Wolford did everything they could to cheer me up. They approached the tooth extraction with indescribable patience and professionalism. Everything was completely painless. When they finished with my first tooth, I even asked "was that all?" :) Everything went great and I am grateful to them for everything. Now I look back at the photos with a smile and think about all the unnecessary nervousness and worries. There are really great people working at Nádor Dentál. Everyone does their job excellently. They are knowledgeable and really patient with everyone. I am also grateful to Gabika and Szilvi because no matter what I had, they always found a solution for everything. Now I see the meaning of all the energy and travel I invested in this. Many people asked me why I don't go to Debrecen? Because it's only 50 km. And how are you able to travel 200 km? To which I just said "Yes, I am able to travel so much because I want to, and I decided to" "Because I am in the best place where I feel safe". The best decision I made was choosing Nádor Dental. I would never change my mind. I have never experienced so much attention and care in a dental office.
