Dr. Suttipong is wonderful. I first saw him when traveling in Thailand in 1999. I visited him regularly between 2000-2004. When I moved to the US in 2004, the dentist there complimented the work done by Dr. Suttipong. I know I got lucky but the doctor stayed late to squeeze in a cleaning for me before leaving. In the USA, usually a dental hygienist will do the cleansing but Doctor did the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. He was making sure I was comfortable the whole time and very kind. I gave one star but I wish I could give negative five stars. His poor work caused me a lot of pain and I would not recommend him to anybody. After his work, I got an abscess. I will never go back to this dentist.
This guy is older than my great grandmother and he really needs to retire. Damage he did to my tooth had to be corrected by another dentist. Not recommended!

I've been there because I have blood in mouth times to times. The dentist was very nice, speaks well English, and did a good job. He explained me my problem etc. I paid 1.200 thb for one hour cleaning with 2 person, which I think is a very fair price. He even told me if I still have blood in 3 days, I can get back and he will treat my problem for free. Thanks!
Not recommended!!!Very Bad experience(((In December 2024 I treated all my teeth in this clinic. Now it's July and all my teeth are in very bad condition, the doctor made it even worse than it was, I highly do not recommend!!! Take care of your teeth
The doctor is thorough, gentle, kind, and provides excellent advice. My family and I have been patients for over 10 years. The place is clean and parking is easy. The price is reasonable.

we asked and insisted we pay. It's clear to me Dr. Soontarcharn is one who truly cares about his craft and helping people, and with him being the owner, you don't face the principal agent issue that generally comes with this territory. Partner went to two other clinics (one in Taiwan, and another in Chiang Mai) prior and they weren't able to explain or figure out what her issue was (even after taking X-rays), Dr. Soontarcharn took a look at her and quickly realized it was abrasion of her teeth due to how she was brushing her teeth. Recommended Sensodyne toothpaste and taught us the proper way to brush our teeth and she hasn't had any issues after that. In short, would highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back in the future when I find myself in Chiang Mai again or if I need any serious dental work done. Big kudos to Muk Mai Dental Clinic and the team there!

ran my tongue along my teeth and they felt like a smooth marble surface. It is selfish to expect the doctor to continue working for a long time and not ever retire as we are making a huge effort to come to CM from the U.S. but we want to continue to receive this level of care and detail from him for a long time.
Called a week before to scedual a tooth extraction with q specialist and asked for long appointment with the doctor as i know more things should be done and asked for an hour long appointment so i can do fillings. from pai and didnt say anything. When i was mad he told me i can go do it somewhere else and he can bring someone else and he said he could lie and bring whoever and i wouldnt know. Then when i asked for filling he said no time cause he has lunch and no time for that. So i drove 3 hours from pai , then 3 hours back, with a screaming child, to get no medical treatment and not even proper service or apology. Go get treated in a place that respect your time. I was treated by less exprienced doctor, with very basic in rural places. But i never exprienced anything like that.

QUITE UPSET Dentist asked me if I accept to take X-rays "because some people don't like that" but didn't asked me before injecting analgesic! What is this professional behavior? -Taking decision against someone's consent- I've been many times for cleaning and it went right. He speaks well english. A month later I chipped my old bridge from eating and he fit me into his fully booked day. PLEASE- do not hesitate to book. Edit: then months later I decided to replace old bridge and he matched the teeth color perfectly plus again great service experience 🥲 Office: very clean, the doctor and assistant wear full PCP for protection so you can breathe freely.
