It was an emergency to remove my daughter's baby tooth, which was overdue, and another one was coming in. Dr. Monique was very caring, attentive, and had the best way with us, even though she wasn't a pediatric dentist. Thank you for seeing us and easing our hearts. I received excellent care at the Mope clinic. From the reception staff to the dentists, everyone was always very helpful and caring. I am dissatisfied with the service at this clinic. Unfortunately, I was seen by dentist Patrícia, who refused to restore my tooth due to blackening in the grooves, claiming that my Odontoprev plan did not cover it and therefore I would not pay her. She suggested I have the procedure done privately and charged me R$150.00 per tooth. I filed a complaint with my plan and they referred me to another…

clinic. Well, I went to another dentist who did the procedure very well and through my plan. If you are not interested in providing quality service through the plan, then withdraw your accreditation, Ms. Patrícia, as it is better than trying to profit outside of the plan.

Here at the clinic, we have a standard for quality care, where we cannot perform procedures that could harm the patient. A special treatment was offered to you, prioritizing the integrity of your tooth. However, since the material has a higher cost, the doctor tried to help you and informed you of the cost. She simply didn't want to wear down your tooth; she wanted to preserve it. I highly recommend the MOPE clinic, Dr. Clistenes. Today I felt an excruciating pain in my upper wisdom tooth. I went to a clinic on Av. Tancredo Neves and they didn't even offer palliative care, as the recommendation was extraction. I was treated there through my health insurance; I didn't even have the option of paying privately. The dentist is wonderful and super reliable. I arrived urgently with an inflamed wisdom tooth and he attended to me promptly, removing the tooth quickly and very calmly. I felt no pain at all and felt very well taken care of. 1000/1000
