Everything here is complete, including scaling, extractions, and orthodontics. Dr. Farizka is the best, and her colleagues are also very kind.
It was a bit of a shock, the price of scaling was only 1 million. Reviews on Google said it was cheap & good. The doctor was good, but for scaling with very minimal tartar problems, even very rarely because I always check my braces at my dentist every month, the price of 1 million is very overpriced 🙂 and yesterday I did ask for help to insert my braces which had come loose only at the tip becaus…

e of the scaling process (this is literally just inserting the wire at the tip into the bracket, not even opening the bracket because it wasn't the bracket that came off, only the wire that came out) even though I paid with insurance, it was still painful. Well, this is my first and last time

Sorry, Sis. The treatment you underwent yesterday wasn't just a tartar removal, but also included a bracket wire repair that had come out of the bracket. This was done according to your request. Our admin has also explained the procedure to you. As explained earlier, the price listed includes both procedures (scaling and orthodontics). Since you have insurance, we combined the cost of the bracket wire so there are no excess costs. Your insurance doesn't cover braces/orthodontics. We hope this explanation is clear and avoids any misunderstandings. Thank you.
My first braces experience at Monodental was incredibly satisfying! I was a little nervous at first, but Dr. Farizka was very patient and informative in explaining each step of the treatment. The installation process was comfortable and minimally painful. The clinic facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly.
The doctor was very comfortable and the dental procedure was also good.
