I recently travelled from the UK to MEDSPA Clinic in Istanbul to have zirconia crowns done, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. My main doctor, Dr. Ahmad Hilal, was very professional, thorough and attentive throughout the entire process. From the very beginning he explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. What impressed me the most is that I didn’t experience any pain during the procedures or afterwards, which says a lot about the quality of care and precision of the work. On my final visit he carefully checked everything again to make sure the results were perfect before I left. I also had two root canals done by another doctor who was very kind and gentle. The dental nurses were wonderful as well – very friendly and always making sure I was comfortable during the treatments. A special thank you to my consultant Emad, who I had been in contact with even before travelling to Istanbul. He was amazing throughout the entire journey. He checked in with me almost daily, making sure everything was going well and that I was happy with the treatment. Even after I returned to the UK, he continued to follow up and make sure everything was fine, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole team made me feel very well taken care of from start to finish. The clinic is professional, organised and clearly focused on patient care and comfort. I’m extremely happy with my results and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I would confidently recommend MEDSPA Clinic to anyone considering dental treatment abroad. They truly take great care of their patients and I’m 100% sure you won’t be disappointed.

Medspaclinic looks modern and well-presented, but my experience raised serious concerns about their professionalism and authenticity. Before undergoing any procedure, I strongly recommend asking for the dentist’s official registration number. We were given a prescription without a doctor’s stamp, which was flagged as potentially invalid by the pharmacy. When the pharmacist contacted the clinic and requested the prescribing doctor’s details, the clinic later sent a prescription with a different doctor’s name, signature, and stamp. This inconsistency is highly concerning and raises questions about the legitimacy of their medical practices. Please be cautious if you are considering treatment here.

The clinic is very clean, modern, and equipped with new technology. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and supportive. I was especially pleased with the attentiveness of the management team and how closely they followed the treatment process. My doctor was very hardworking, meticulous, and professional in their work. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience. I believe that improving the scheduling of appointment times and the overall time management of the treatment process would further enhance the quality of service. Thank you for your efforts.
