I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nona Staneva for her diligent and, to put it mildly, perfect work for me personally. I can say that she is a true professional in what she does, and that she does it with great desire! I recommend her as the best orthodontist with both hands! She is extremely attentive and always caring, for which I thank you very much!

I also needed an aesthetic correction of one of the front incisors with photopolymer. We have thoroughly reviewed your case and all the documentation we have. You came to us for an initial examination on 01/24/22, after you had previously been to another colleague who had told you that your molar needed to be euthanized. After a thorough examination with us, Dr. Madzhova undertook to do everything possible to preserve the vitality of your tooth - the so-called biological treatment, which costs 150 BGN. The treatment lasted relatively long. You were not charged for any of the subsequent visits. After all the efforts we made to keep the tooth alive, your pain did not subside completely. This necessitated the tooth being euthanized. The single-root treatment of a 3-root tooth costs 350lv. without the obturation (it costs 100lv., which you mention). The treatment was performed precisely, with modern methods and under microscopic magnification and accuracy by Dr. Madzhova on 14.03.22. You were extremely happy that you finally had no pain. You called that you had a ridge on one of your centrals that was bothering you and you wanted us to smooth it out. Dr. Madzhova smoothed it out with an eraser and added a small amount of photopolymer to align it with the neighboring tooth. You were not charged for this and this is not bonding! We ask for your forgiveness again for the situation that has arisen and that you were not satisfied enough with the things we did for you! After the inspection, we found that every point of our internal regulations was followed, the medical and financial documentation for each procedure is completely in order and available if you wish to review it again! that I wanted to keep my healthy, beautiful teeth and would like another solution, there were attempts to convince me that my teeth would be there. Do you know what filed teeth look like before crowns are placed on them, Dr. Madzhova? So, I paid 40 leva for a 5-second examination and to hear "what you want is not for me!". Come on, cheers!
