Gratitude for your help in eliminating a chronic dental focus and restoring the quality of life Dear Dr. Oianna and the Medicare team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your professionalism, attention and human attitude, thanks to which I was able to restore my health and literally return to life. It is possible that my case will be of interest both as a medical story and as an example of how deeply dental problems can affect the entire organism. --- 🔹 Briefly about me I am professionally engaged in classical guitar and regularly work in a recording studio. By main profession I am a programmer, I have a mathematical education, I study at various universities, I have 76 professional certificates, I am actively developing and self-educating. For many years, my intellectual abilities, memory, concentration, physical endurance and creative energy were a key resource in my life. And at one point everything began to disappear. --- 🔹 6 years of unexplained degradation In recent years, I have been living with the following accumulating symptoms: - constant weakness and easy fatigue, - memory and concentration problems – to the point of inability to remember musical phrases, - sleep disorders, night sweats (1–2 wet T-shirts per night), - periodic fever (subfebrile), - feeling of chronic cold for no reason, - reduced libido and hormonal activity, - impaired prostate function, difficulty urinating, - emotional dullness, lack of creative energy. Since there was no acute pain, as in many patients, I did not associate this with my general condition for a long time. --- 🔹 The second turning point – your intervention After your examination, gum treatment and local antibacterial manipulation, the following literally happened: The very next day: - for the first time in many years I woke up without night sweats, - the endless fatigue and the need to “get together” with stimulants disappeared, - urination normalized – for the first time in years, - internal energy returned: I can again play complex musical works without mental fog, - memory and concentration were restored, - calm wakefulness appeared from morning to night, without the feeling of “old age”. --- 🔹 What does this mean physiologically After long observations, I can confidently say: ➡ A hidden chronic periapical inflammatory process (fistula) under the tooth has been poisoning the body with toxic products of inflammation for years. ➡ This has led to chronic intoxication, systemic inflammatory response, hormonal imbalance and vascular dysregulation. ➡ After the rehabilitation, the body stopped fighting – and functions began to recover literally in hours. This is a rare case in which dentistry not only saves a tooth, but also prevents many years of systemic health decline. --- 🔹 What did you do You did not ignore my symptoms, as many other doctors did. You did not treat “by the picture”, but saw the clinical picture. You performed a minimal but precise intervention that allowed the body to complete the recovery process on its own.
