I received treatment at this clinic for four years for braces. When the administrative staff changed, the service deteriorated. They were unresponsive and provided poor service, and they scheduled appointments incorrectly, wasting my time. defended them, so I assume they all follow the same practices. Towards the end of my treatment, they explained how my retainers would be, but the doctor wrote something else in my chart without my consent. As a result, I was charged and received a different, more expensive treatment that wasn't what we had agreed upon. If you plan to go here, ask all your questions so they don't lie to you and rip you off.
The receptionist at dental X-ray office 401 was terrible. I called the day before to ask how to get an X-ray for my son, and she told me it was first-come, first-served. When we arrived at office 401, she told us it was by appointment only. I explained what I had been told when I called, and she was incredibly rude, saying she was the only one who answered the phone and that we had to wait because…

she had other patients scheduled for that time. Okay, we said we'd wait a while, and I asked her, "Excuse me, I have a question." She replied, "Yes, go ahead." I asked if we had to wait for someone else before they could attend to us. She didn't say, "I'm the one who takes X-rays, but I'm busy seeing some patients right now, and you have to wait." We waited quite a while. This is a terrible experience, and it's because of people like this that you lose money.
In 2020, I began orthodontic treatment with Dr. Oly Guevara, who is excellent and friendly. After 3 years of going for checkups, they changed the staff, administration, and orthodontists constantly. When it was time to schedule a checkup, they would change the schedules and rush, leaving the patient without the required care. When I went for a monthly checkup, they said my son wasn't in…

To top it off, they practically forced me to pay for the extraction of the four wisdom teeth, which should have been extracted before the process, but they never indicated it that way. Afterward, it was just a matter of taking x-rays to see progress and then insisting on the extraction. I chose to be evaluated elsewhere and they are removing my son's check-ups. Now his check-ups are no longer up to date because the last call was to run the hour because the foreign dentist was on vacation, at least she should have left another one in charge, but rather they asked him if he would continue attending when is the last thing they should have asked him, if we have the check-ups up to date, the teeth were extracted one by one and without inconvenience, but they only harassed us to lose the patient, uninstall and redo a new contract that we already had, raising the costs of control and care, considering that we had been attending (us) there for more than 3 years, they should have respected that, it is not our fault that they have had so many changes.
Excellent service, highly qualified staff who made the experience pleasant at all times, their professional staff answered every question so I was completely satisfied.
