My wife has needed me at 2 AM before, and every time we've needed them, meClinic has provided excellent service, from phone calls and reception to overall customer service. I recommend them and say they are the best in Porto. Fair prices.

I attended on new years day having had a dental injury whilst on holiday. The care and treatment was outstanding, including responding to my messages in the middle of the night. I was treated with such kindness. My dentist in London is very impressed with the treatment I received and I am so grateful to this clinic. Highly recommend this clinic.
I came on Christmas Day at lunchtime, with a lot of tooth and gum pain. I called and they immediately prepared everything to receive me. They did a CT scan and diagnosed me right away! A family-friendly atmosphere, very kind and professional! I was very happy. I recommend them 100%. I will be back!

They destroyed my 4-year-old daughter's tooth. We took her to have a cavity removed, they removed a little and then immediately closed the tooth. A year later, the remaining cavity ate away at the inside of the tooth, causing a 5-year-old (now) to need a root canal. And I'm not the one saying this; a doctor at another clinic who recently had to perform this procedure on my daughter also said so.…

At the time, we were treated strangely by the doctor, but we never imagined a professional would close a child's tooth with the cavity still inside. Look, if you take your children, keep a close eye on them, question what they are doing, and ask to see every step.

We are deeply sorry that you feel this way. Judging a clinic a year and a half later based on another dentist's opinion is simply unfair. The truth is that if a child has cavities at age 4, unfortunately they can reappear in the same tooth a year and a half later. Markers were used that guarantee the complete removal of the decay. Today you are trying to harm a clinic that has treated you twice, treated several teeth that show no signs of decay, and never said anything to us. Root canals are not performed on 5-year-old children, only pulpotomies. I would question the clinic where you are now, not where you were previously treated.

I urgently needed to see a dentist due to post-surgery bleeding. After contacting them by phone, they were very attentive and arrived at the clinic quickly, this was at 11 pm. They only let me leave the office after they were sure the bleeding had stopped and wouldn't happen again. Good professionals, attentive and with great common sense towards the patient.

After being unable to sleep due to a terrible toothache, I called the clinic at 2:45 am and they promptly attended to me. They did an excellent job; my pain is gone, they pre-rooted the tooth, and considering the time spent doing the X-ray and treating the tooth, €95 wasn't expensive at all.

Five-star service, I dare say it was the best service I've ever received for my son. I called the clinic yesterday (Sunday) at 9:15 pm and by 9:45 pm my son was being seen for wisdom tooth problems. They were super attentive and professional.
