medical staff. We only ask for respect, a relationship like with anyone else. Countless times it happened to me that nurses and doctors asked my companion or assistant what is wrong with me. And which tooth hurts? And how will he do this, and can he do that? Hey, guys, I walk, talk, think, write. Ask me. No one besides me can know what is wrong with me, better than myself. Here, from the first time I came, everyone talks to me. I can't see pictures of the nurses on the website, so I don't know who worked when and I don't want to get someone's name wrong. Dr. Nenad is a truly wonderful person. He explained everything to me, even described some things to me so that I could understand and feel them, if I couldn't see them. Everyone everywhere should work like this and not think every time I meet someone, whether someone will want to talk to me and that there is no need to write about this so much, but that is still not the case in our society, even in the private sector. Therefore, a ten plus rating for these people and my deep respect for everything they do. We will definitely meet many more times. Be sure that I will recommend you to all my friends.

without even checking to see if I was a candidate for whitening, if I had any damage, tartar. He told me to come tomorrow and that the foils would be ready. When I came the next day, the nurse working at the counter handed me the foils and that was it. Without any advice on how to use them, how long I should use them, how to apply them, nothing! Well, I would have been better off buying the gel at the market and asking ChatGPT for advice on how to use them. Not to mention that they use the cheapest gels and that after 3 weeks of regular use my teeth remained almost identical to before, and that my old color returned after 2 weeks even though I avoided any type of colored drinks and food, cigarettes, etc. I would not recommend it to anyone, and if you are already dealing with other branches of dentistry more seriously, remove aesthetics from your services. 1 rating because there is no zero.

Dear Sara, This is a mistake on the part of our nurses, because the rule is that the doctor who took the impression must explain the whitening procedure to you in detail. We apologize for this omission, it will not happen again. The entire team has received instructions and your criticism. As for whitening pastes, we have been using Italian bleaches in concentrations of 22% for 9 years and these pastes are of very high quality. We have never had a dissatisfied patient when it comes to home whitening. What should have been explained to you is that not all teeth are guaranteed to be whitened to the shade you want. Patient expectations are different, and the white effect cannot be achieved for everyone. Some have a thicker layer of dentin naturally on the tooth, some have used antibiotics more in their life. We are sorry that you gave us such a bad rating, but that is your right. Omissions happen, and we cannot guarantee the whitening effects because that is impossible. Best regards, Meadent team

Thank you for your comment. We have over 10,000 patients. The entire team knows good manners and whenever we can, we meet them, and of course we say hello and goodbye. We are sorry if we missed that with you during one of your visits. We have passed it on to the nurses. There can always be some changes with prosthetic appointments.
