I would like to give a lot of praise to Lucie Bartoníčková - she is very careful but gentle in dental hygiene, hygiene used to be an unpleasant experience for me, but with her it is easy to handle. I also appreciate the great communication throughout.

Instead of a dental hygienist, a dental assistant treated my teeth, without notice and for essentially the same price as a hygienist with a university degree. As for hygiene, my teeth were cleaned okay, but my gums hurt a lot more than with other hygienists, despite having less plaque than I had before. I recommend asking who will be treating you.

Great clinic with a professional approach. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I can 150% recommend Dr. Benešová :)

Unfortunately, the dental hygienist was very arrogant. I felt like a complete idiot with her. She treats people like a small child... Otherwise, she did a good job, but this attitude really discouraged me from visiting again.

From reception to treatment - perfect service! The clinic uses modern technology, so everything is done quickly and comfortably. Special thanks to Mrs. Marková for gentle and thorough dental hygiene. Update: Head Dentist Martin Carny personally took care of my problem and kindly offered solution. Thank you. After being examined here, they gave me an appointment for a dental filling a few months later. I was told that the dental filling would cost around 3500 CZK. Later, since I was feeling a bit sick, I called the reception the day before my appointment and asked if it was ok for me to come.…

I was very satisfied with the dental hygienist Klaudia Marková, she explained everything to me beautifully and cleaned it to perfection, I will look forward to my next visit.

I had a really nice experience in this clinic My doctor is Mrs.Anna Dvorakova and she is great! I'm going there also with my kid (perhaps, one thing, I would recommend to make the environment for the kids more friendly while in there,in order to distract them from the "scary" mission:) )

The best dentists and the best dental hygiene. Everyone's approach is simply professional and empathetic, which is unfortunately rarely seen at a doctor these days. Moreover, if you have a problem, whether it's a toothache or a missing tooth, there's no problem in getting them to take you in and treat you the same day you call.

I got an appointment for the extraction of the eights the very next day because they had a patient drop out. Everything went smoothly, the doctor and the nurse were absolutely amazing. The extraction was painless. Maximum satisfaction, thank you!

After years I changed doctors with whom I was not satisfied towards the end and now with Mr. Carny it is impossible to compare. Modern careful approach, work under a microscope and the filling he gave me you wouldn't even know it was there. The injection for pain relief during the injection didn't hurt at all and the procedure itself didn't hurt either. The doctor shows everything in the photos…

I will never go to this office again. I paid 1500 CZK for dental hygiene in 2022 and the lady in 2024 tells me that I have not paid it. I work in accounting myself and I know that the cash closing is done every year. If I am missing any money for an unpaid invoice, I will inform the client sooner. The lady at the reception is arrogant and unpleasant, she still has the nerve to ask for money…

Extremely arrogant and unhelpful attitude from the receptionist, rolling her eyes in my face when asking for appointment as they are booked until July . Hopefully the dentists in the clinic are more professional then their front house .

For me, the best dentist in the area. The office is nice, clean, modern. The doctor is nice, careful, she guides the patient through the procedure and comments on the photos of the procedure.

I got my complete checkup, filling and extraction done from the dentist. She is really nice and good at her work so is her assistant. I felt no pain during the whole process. The receptionist is also helpful. It's not easy to find an English speaking dentist and receptionist in Prague, I had some bad experiences earlier at other dentist places. However it's not possible to find a quick appointment…

I'm a hysteric, a phobia sufferer and Dr. Benešová was patient...she probably didn't understand it completely, but her approach was great and she has no idea what it means to me that I've taken the next step in my fear.. :) I'm glad I went there... and even though I'm nervous every time I go there, I know I can handle it. Thank you, I appreciate it a lot :-)
