The clinic has wonderful specialists, and I especially appreciated Mane's personal approach to clients. I've always been satisfied with the quality of the procedures and service. I got braces in St. Petersburg, and I finished the treatment and had them removed at MaxiDent.

An excellent dental clinic in Tbilisi. Polite staff, a cozy atmosphere, and a professional approach. The doctor explained everything in detail, and the treatment was quick and painless. I was very pleased with the results and highly recommend! ⭐️

I had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Mane. Halfway through, she forgot what she was doing and accidentally moved my teeth apart, allowing for another one to be placed. She often asked, "What are we doing?" and didn't perform any adjustments herself; she was often not even present during the adjustments. I'm not a specialist, but I have had treatment with another orthodontist before and after Mane.…

I've only encountered such indifference and a lack of appointments with Mane. With her, I wasted my time and money. Finally, at this clinic, they managed to give me such a professional cleaning that my teeth hurt for a week. I've never had such painful procedures as at Maxi Dent.

I've been receiving orthodontic treatment with Dr. Mane since March. He's a kind and attentive doctor. Surgeon Giorgi placed a mini-screw for orthodontics. He did it carefully and gently, with subsequent free replacement and checkups. They also replaced an old, complex filling that was extending under my gums. Dr. Teona did a complex job without surgery. At another clinic, they cut and stitched my…

gums to install this filling. I also had two professional cleanings here. The quality of the cleaning is better than at my insurance-covered dental clinic, so I now go here. Dr. Lana easily and very carefully changes the rubber bands on my braces. I'm happy with the service 👍

I paid them so much money just to get treatment at another clinic! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I started treatment with Dr. Mane. Each adjustment ended up being performed by a new intern, and Dr. Mane was sometimes not even in the clinic. The braces the intern fixed often fell off on the second or third day. And re-fixing them cost money. After 3-4 months, I asked to be transferred to another doctor. No one kept any records of the treatment. The plan was only in the doctor's head, and she'd…

'd forget it by the next appointment. Some teeth weren't fixed with braces at all. "Everything was fine," she said. The treatment dragged on from the promised 9-12 months to almost 20 months.

Hello, Dmitry. The "interns" you mentioned are residents who spent six years studying at medical school and have been working with us for over two years, strictly following the clinic's protocols. During use, braces experience pressure and become detached. This is annoying, but it's part of the process. Sometimes this happens due to a loose initial fit. In such cases, we always replace them free of charge. Over the entire treatment period, you only paid for this procedure twice, and judging by the dates, it certainly wasn't on the second or third day. Regarding which teeth to place braces on: Dmitry, are you an orthodontist? We are always open to critical comments and feedback. Only by accepting and working on it can we improve. However, we are extremely negative about slander and targeted attacks on the reputation of our clinic's doctors, which we've been seeing recently, when patients who completed treatment more than six months ago suddenly "remember" that they didn't like something. Shame on you.

I've been to this clinic several times, and I'm grateful to all the staff, including the call center, administrators, and nurses, for their hard work! They're very polite and friendly 🫶 I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Georgiy. Everything went well, and he gave me clear post-operative instructions, which helped my healing go as planned. Thank you, Dr. Georgiy! I also had a professional cleanin…

ing with Dr. Liana. Liana answered all my questions about my dental health. The cleaning went perfectly, and at the end, I was praised for my good home hygiene (which is always a pleasure!). Thank you, Dr. Liana! I'll only be coming back here 🥹👉👈

Long after my treatment, I decided to share my experience, which had already become clear. I visited orthodontist Mane for braces. Initially, my goal was purely aesthetic, to slightly straighten my lower teeth, but the doctor suggested installing braces on both jaws at once. The treatment period was stated to be about 10 months, but in the end, I wore braces for over two years. Unfortunately,…

the results were disappointing. During the treatment, I began experiencing jaw pain and crunching, and later, a tooth broke. It often happened that the braces would break off from the tooth, and I had to leave them there. It was very difficult for me to get an appointment with the doctor during these times. Throughout the treatment, we had good, friendly communication, and I'm not good at expressing dissatisfaction directly, so I simply left; I really didn't want to get into any trouble or clarify anything. After I decided to see a different specialist, it turned out that my bite had shifted, and my lower teeth no longer properly aligned with my upper teeth. It took a lot of time and effort to correct the situation. It also turned out that I had developed periodontal disease, which now makes my teeth very sensitive to cold, and some had to have their nerves removed. Perhaps this is an individual quirk, but after this experience, I consider getting braces one of my worst decisions. I brought two friends to this clinic, and they had similar experiences: a feeling of being neglected, and the process being carried out without any oversight. We often heard the phrase, "Oh, it's really good!" when there was no objectively visible result yet.

My treatment with braces took 2.4 years instead of the stated 1 year. When I was planning the treatment, Mane said 1-1.5 years maximum. Towards the end, I had to keep telling my appointments that we weren't meeting the deadline, and I think that's why they scheduled my braces for removal. The treatment was delayed for two main, but complex, reasons: 1. For three months because I wanted veneers and…

nd needed to move my upper front teeth apart to accommodate them. Then I changed my mind, and they pulled them back together. 2. About six months because they couldn't straighten my lower teeth: • Another doctor, not Mane, installed the wrong size braces (they didn't have the right ones), and because of this, my teeth are significantly out of alignment. I even noticed this right away during my adjustment and suggested getting braces on my other lower teeth, but the doctor brushed me off, seeming in a hurry :( This was the same doctor who scratched my gums, more on that below. • During several other adjustments, my braces were placed crookedly, and I wasted several months straightening my lower teeth. They were placed crookedly at each adjustment (isn't there a tool to measure the distance?), and I wasted a lot of time on this. 3. I was treated by different doctors each time; they weren't aware of my situation and kept asking me what I needed to do. Sometimes Mane would come in at the beginning and check on the treatment, but apparently due to the large number of patients, she didn't remember how my treatment was going, and I doubt any notes were kept. I originally scheduled treatment with Mane, and I think she should have treated me, too. Sometimes my gums were severely scratched, and the metal instrument was used. It kept flying off and hitting my teeth. I had doubts about the qualifications of the other doctors. There were two occasions when I had to leave the office because it was painful and I was afraid they'd do something wrong, and I had to find Mane at the clinic to finish the correction instead of the other doctors. Every time I came, they asked me if I had any complaints. This is an okay approach if the doctor is overseeing the treatment and understands what needs to be done. But I got the impression that responsibility for my treatment was simply shifted onto me. Because I did have complaints, but not about visual issues and the "client's" wishes, but about issues specifically related to the treatment. For example, during treatment, a decent chunk of my front tooth broke off because my upper teeth were bumping into the braces on my lower teeth. Even though they were supposed to install dental caps, which are needed specifically to prevent my teeth from hitting the braces. After this incident, I started monitoring what they did for me and asked for them to install them myself. Onlays. What I have now: • When I had my braces removed, they removed a lot of enamel from my lower teeth. Now I have cuts, and brown plaque accumulates in the cut areas. • My jaw has receded even further, even though I initially sought treatment for a distal bite. Apparently, in my case, I needed jaw augmentation surgery, but no one told me about it. • My lower jaw is still crooked, and I couldn't bear to continue with braces, so I've been asking for them to be removed at every appointment for the last six months. • Severe toothache after treatment, not due to decay, but because my gums have receded and the root of the tooth is exposed. This can be caused by long periods of treatment with braces. Why didn't I leave Mane if it was so bad? When I first came to see Mane, she seemed like a kind, sensitive, and compassionate doctor. Over the course of a few months, we developed a warm relationship. Relationship. At the beginning of treatment, it wasn't clear that something was wrong. This is a situation in which it's not easy to quickly understand that something is wrong, as this story unfolded over the course of 2.4 years. This review is about professionalism and my experience and treatment, not about the person's personal qualities, although this is precisely what stopped me from writing a review, which I also think is not good. After all, the clinic is getting more and more 5 stars, and more and more people are signing up for treatment.

The clinic is 10/10. I had an implant done by Dr. Georgiy. He's a very good doctor, explained everything in plain English, and didn't charge me anything extra. Everything was clear and understandable. The staff is friendly and polite. I had a cleaning, and they did everything very carefully and meticulously. I will definitely continue to have treatment at this clinic.

Four years instead of the promised 11 months. That's how long I had to wear the braces Mane put in. I wouldn't be writing this review if the work had been done well. But a year has passed since they were removed, and I look at the unfinished work every day, and it's incredibly frustrating that everything looks so bad. We didn't even take a final photo after the removal because the work was done so…

o unprofessionally. Unfortunately, I took a relative there right after I got my braces, and they told her it was a very simple case and they'd take them off in six months. But she's been wearing them for five years now, and time just keeps dragging on, and the treatment isn't finished... I can't recommend this specialist.

Wonderful clinic! Clean! New, modern equipment! Pleasant receptionist – they quickly explained all the services, scheduled an appointment at a convenient time, and accommodated our schedule – they found openings. I've never had a more gentle and professional cleaning anywhere. They have a pediatric dentist who is very personable. I recommend the clinic; I've had nothing but positive experiences!

Amazing service and consultation. Liana was great at explaining and pointing out issues and was able to solve all of them. Also, accommodating with language and communication. Would definitely recommend and be back.

I treated caries here and removed all my wisdom teeth (and there were difficult cases, everything went without complications), and also went for regular cleanings. As for the services - always super. I didn't really like the reception work and the waiting time, sometimes I had to sit in the waiting area for 30 minutes or an hour. The receptionist could be absent from the counter for a long time,…

several times the confirmation of the appointment happened literally an hour or two before the visit itself. However, the quality of treatment, the clarity of the pricing policy and the proximity to home made this place the best for me anyway.

I'm glad I found this clinic and was able to see Dr. Maryam. I received all the consultations I needed, and everyone was polite and understanding. Dr. Maryam performed the tooth extraction procedure. Professionally and quickly, she explained everything, including how it would work and what would happen. She was very attentive and supportive throughout the entire procedure. After the extraction,…
