I went to Dr. Mane Oganyan for aligners, I am happy with the treatment. Aligners are magic, you don't have to go to the clinic every few weeks. It turned out to be profitable, cheaper than in St. Petersburg.

It's rather hard to make a seal without mouth open, which automatically means you agree with procedure. We're sorry that you are dissapointed, but at least you have a great quality seal and no caries now!

I needed root canal treatment, and the doctor did it very carefully and thoroughly. The staff was friendly, and the practice was clean. The receptionists speak English, among other languages, and one doctor even speaks German. Everything was great.

ng doctor. Messages often take a long time to respond, and some questions go unanswered. There were situations where I had to figure things out on my own, although, in my opinion, this should be part of the patient care, especially with such complex and expensive treatment. I had an unpleasant and confusing experience with my wisdom teeth. During the consultation, the plan was to have one tooth removed, but on the day of the procedure, it turned out that two needed to be removed. Ultimately, they removed one, but I decided against removing the other for various reasons, and later it turned out that its removal was unnecessary. Tooth separation is a very important issue. No one told me that it is necessary and a critical part of the treatment. I learned about this by accident when I found a treatment plan instruction sheet in the aligner box, which listed the teeth that needed separation. Luckily, I noticed it in time, but I believe such things should be discussed upfront and directly with the doctor. I was literally gaslighted, trying to convince them that separation had already occurred, which was not true. According to the treatment plan, the first part of the treatment was scheduled to last approximately 20 weeks, but for a number of reasons, I wore the first batch of aligners longer—around 23-24 weeks—to ensure smoother tooth movement and prevent jaw trauma. During this entire time, no one contacted me to check on how the treatment was progressing, whether there were any problems, or reminded me about future follow-up appointments or x-rays. Everything was left entirely up to me. At the cost of treatment I pay, I think a patient has the right to expect at least minimal support and reminders. Most recently, they installed metal elements in my mouth without explaining what they were or why. I learned about this after I got home and was forced to further clarify their role in the treatment. This raises questions and a feeling of incompleteness. That said, I want to note that I have no complaints about the other specialists at the clinic. The tooth extraction was extremely comfortable and painless—I didn't even expect such a procedure to be so stress-free. The cavity treatment, the professional hygiene, and the reception staff—all left a positive impression. At the moment, I can give the clinic a 3 out of 5. I'm concerned and alarmed by the negative reviews from patients who write that problems only surface after a year or two and the treatment proves unsuccessful. I'm currently in the middle of my journey, and such stories, especially given my own experience with communication and attention, are concerning.
