A very wholesale approach to patients... Today I had an appointment to improve the appearance of a chipped front tooth. The filling didn't even last three hours...(!) After contacting me by phone, I was told I could only file a complaint with the doctor who performed it, and she only sees patients on Fridays, and today she's already closed, so it's a week at the earliest. In addition, the doctor's talent and skills in cosmetic dentistry allow you to enjoy a beautiful and natural smile. In collaboration with Dr. Ania, they form a harmonious, professional team. Dr. Ania, as a hygienist, is sensitive, open, and genuinely cares about the patient's well-being, which significantly improves the feeling of safety and comfort during visits. I also highly recommend Dr. Anna Czeluśniak. The atmosphere created during the visit was extraordinary – calm, friendly, and comfortable. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and clearly, making me feel well-informed and cared for. Her approach to patients is full of empathy, patience, and understanding. Her professionalism and dedication to her work are evident. It was definitely one of the best dental visits I've ever had. Definitely a place worth recommending.

A recent visit unfortunately left more of a bad taste than a satisfying experience. Although I arrived on time, I was seen late – without any explanation. Initially, I indicated that I didn't want fluoride used during the procedure, but instead of a simple "fine," I was met with repeated, ironic comments like, "Okay, if the patient wants it without fluoride, then it will be without." not to sense the hostility and mockery. Furthermore, I was repeatedly told that by giving up fluoride, I was "harming myself" and that "you should read other sources." I believe that if a patient is making a conscious decision, there should be no pressure – especially in that tone. The procedure itself? My gums are severely irritated, and my teeth have become noticeably sensitive to contact and cold – something they weren't doing before. I hope this will subside, but there was definitely a lack of gentleness. During the payment process, which took only a few minutes, the question, "Will the patient wait?", was asked several times in an unpleasant tone. The way this was said was unpleasant and unnecessary – especially since I'd waited quite a while beforehand without making a fuss about it. In the end – no "goodbye", no "thank you". For 350 PLN, I expect not only service but also basic respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this was lacking. I don't plan on returning.

The lack of an appropriate approach to the child and saying that there was no time for the appointment because another patient would be there soon was inappropriate, I think, especially since the appointment was 20 minutes late.

Professional service. Dr. Michał Zajdel takes great care of his patients. I live in the US and had to have a molar extracted suddenly. It was one of the most efficient and painless extractions of my life. I highly recommend it.
Dr. Popiel and his assistant are top-notch professionals. The implant placement and tooth extraction were completely painless, quick (with humor!), and without complications. I feel well cared for! Thank you!
