I've always received excellent service, but lately I've been disappointed. I wasn't given the option to choose the professional who would treat me, and I waited for a response for two days. They kept saying they would see me soon, but nothing happened. I had to find another clinic because my implant was loose. It's regrettable. I hope this review helps correct these shortcomings.

Hello, Mrs. Odete. As we previously informed you, the attending physician was seeing patients in another city, which made immediate care impossible. To ensure you were not left without care, we promptly offered you the option of continuing your treatment with another equally qualified professional. We emphasize that the doctor, in addition to seeing patients at our clinic, has appointments at other clinics and cities, making it impractical for him to travel exclusively for a single appointment. Nevertheless, you were informed that he would arrange to come to the city exceptionally this Thursday, December 18th, just to see you. Since he has a pre-defined schedule, we requested your available times so that we could coordinate with another clinic where he also works. This process requires organization, and for this reason, it was not possible to confirm the time immediately. We emphasize that the clinic has other professionals precisely to ensure that no patient is left without care. In cases requiring exclusive appointments with a specific professional, it is necessary to wait for availability on the schedule, which is usually quite busy. We regret that it was not possible to wait this period or accept an appointment with our other doctor, an option that was offered with the utmost care and respect. We remain available for any further clarification.

They made my son suffer terribly when they tried to extract a tooth. They used too much anesthesia and couldn't extract it, and his pain wouldn't go away. To make matters worse, they sent him home in pain without the extraction. I had to rush him to another professional who resolved the issue masterfully and quickly.
Excellent service before, during, and after the procedures. Very grateful for the care and affection I received. I highly recommend it!!!!
