all honesty regarding my case thus I had the chance to talk to Doctor Ozan who willingly explained to me the treatments I could have. To make my review short I was offered 24 Zirconium crowns. We then flew to Antalya on May 10 arriving almost midnight picked up by a luxury car as arranged by our dear coordinator lovely Tulay. And in the morning I was picked on time by Dr. Ozan's father a very kind and gentle man who patiently drove for us back and forth to the clinic the whole time I was having treatments. The treatment I must say is excellent. DR. OZAN is a very gentle humble dentist. A man of few words but works magic hands with the dental works. All in all it was zero to minimal pain I endured easily. The comfort he gave me after the treatment is priceless upto the moment I am writing this im still in awe at how he did it. My crowns are beautiful aestaethetically prepared to fit exactly as needed. DR OZAN your a Super Dentist you deserve every award that I saw in your office having won multiple including Dentist of the year in 2023 if I remember right. I conclude this review to advice people in search of dental works like mine. Dont even hesitate to contact Tulay at Master Smile she is the best dental coordinator a very sweet kind and patient woman in assisting every dental inquiry you need who works directly in the clinic for Dr. OZAN. and for those needing a clinic with a lot of heart and good vibes that can carry on dental works as efficient as hygienic as gentle and perfectly fitting crowns its MASTER SMILE STUDIOS. I definitely would stay with them for our families dental needs. you anything concrete in case something goes wrong. They'll put you in a hotel with a plane landing overhead every minute. There's a constant hum and noise. The hotel is terrible. After receiving your payment, their attitude toward you will change for the worse. And you won't receive an official receipt. They'll also tell you a bunch of things you need to do during the process, like adding bone tissue or a facelift, etc., that it's not necessary. They'll pocket the money. The contract is a sham with no guarantees. There are no descriptions of materials or certificates. The clinic doesn't have its own laboratory where they make implant designs. Now the facts: 1. They don't give you a plan for how the implants will be installed. What does this mean? They'll put in bridges, which will lead to a lot of discomfort in the future. 2. They'll remove as many teeth as possible to make money on the implants. 3. You negotiate a price for a German implant, but they end up installing a Turkish one. Write everything down in the contract; it's advisable to get one in advance and discuss all the risks with a lawyer. You're paying a considerable amount. About Dr. Ozan Ozturk. He treats you like a butcher, not like a patient. He pulls out all your teeth, leaves the front ones, and files them down to the needles to install a bridge. Your teeth are still alive, and afterward, you feel nerves in your teeth from hot and cold, even after a crown is installed. You can't chew with your front teeth; it's painful, and your teeth catch on your lower teeth, which is incredibly painful because you haven't had your bite adjusted. When I ask why everything hurts all the time, they'll tell you it takes time. A year has passed, and nothing has changed. When I ask why my taste is wrong, the answer is still the same: it takes time. My complaints were met with a refusal to correct the errors the doctor made. So, the warranty is invalid!!! Result: I'm looking for a new doctor to correct the problem. If you don't want to have problems, I don't recommend this clinic, which crippled me at the expense of my own money. Draw your own conclusions. It's a shame that most Turkish clinics operate by deception. This isn't even my opinion, but the number of reviews from patients who have had their teeth done in Turkey.
