Hello Dijinahas. Yesterday, at the time of your appointment, we experienced a power outage affecting the entire street. We notified all patients at the same time. We gave you 40 minutes' notice so you wouldn't arrive at the clinic without power. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.

Hello Alex! We have over ten dentists working at our downtown clinic, however, not all of them specialize in the same area. For example, a root canal or surgery might take more than 45 minutes, while a general dentist appointment could take less than 10 minutes, depending on the situation. Even for a simple evaluation, our dentists usually talk to and treat each patient with special attention. The reason we don't switch patients between dentists is because the dentist who does the initial evaluation already knows your specific situation, and therefore it's advisable that you start and finish with the same professional, who will know you and be aware of your situation at all times. This way, only they can take responsibility for your treatment and answer for the treatment they received. Thank you very much for your comment.
