Unfortunately, I definitely do not recommend this clinic. They had implants done a few years ago, all of them at most. After about a year, problems started with the screws being set too shallowly. Re-treatment with a crown and root canal. During the appointment, I received a detailed treatment plan, a quote, and an estimated treatment time. The entire process was very efficient and professional. The doctor was very thorough in explaining each step of the treatment. The treatment was a success. I highly recommend it.

I am a difficult patient; I react very poorly to new situations, touch, noise, and bright lights. A dentist would have every right to be irritated by my work, but I encountered nothing but kindness in this office. Mr. Gończowski is absolutely the right person in the right place, committed and brilliant, yet very professional. The entire staff is impeccable – completely professional and empathetic towards patients. The receptionists are organized and polite. The music is pleasant, the decor is impeccable, and the place is spotless. I wholeheartedly recommend this office.

Additionally, I underwent root canal treatment on my "five" tooth, which had a root anomaly, a filling on my "seven," and a full hygiene treatment. Everything was performed perfectly. The conditions at the aforementioned Dental Center are top-notch, and the staff is highly qualified and very friendly. Yesterday, I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Gończowski, who confirmed that I was no longer inflamed and that the bone had rebuilt in both "sixes" (my teeth were "saved"). unfortunately, when I lost my nerves, he told me to come in. I managed to be there by 11 a.m., then waited another 1:30 a.m., and so, four hours after the initial call, I was in the chair. And that's where the wonderful surgeon stepped in. I told the whole story: I had pus in my sinuses, a fever, and pus also from the site where my gum was sutured. He said, "Oh, it's inflammation," gave me antibiotics, and sent me home without doing anything except checking my mouth. 13/07/21 - 4 doses of antibiotics, fever 38°C. I finally went to the DOCTOR, and ended up with 5 syringes of potassium permanganate with saline to drain the pus from the stitches and sinuses, 100ml each!!!. I also learned that with such an invasive procedure, it's unwise not to prescribe antibiotics right away. I got home two hours ago, sore and tired from the cleaning and additional stitching. If I had left it as the cheerful surgeon recommended, it would have ended very badly. Also, I'd like to say hello to the receptionist if he doesn't understand what an EMERGENCY is. Fever and pus after surgery, only a 4-hour wait. Not bad, the ER is close. While Dr. Gonczowski has a brilliant approach to patients and looks at each case individually, unfortunately, as my example shows, the team needs to be reshuffled. Sending a patient away in this condition, on antibiotics, without an X-ray, without checking for internal issues, was unacceptable. Magnadent undoubtedly has specialists on its staff, but it's not acceptable for everyone to do whatever they want. A different doctor means a different approach to the patient. The surgeon and the receptionist on July 12, 2021 (until 1 p.m.) were absurd; this shouldn't happen in a clinic of this caliber.

he recommends someone, it must be someone truly trustworthy. After my first visit, I can 100% assure everyone that the doctor is an amazing person. First of all, he's a true professional. Believe me, he made a hugely positive impression on me. Every aspect of my dental treatment was shown to me in very detailed photos. He explained exactly what we would be doing, any additional unexpected tasks that might arise during the opening of the tooth, which could incur additional costs (e.g., removing leftover materials from previous dentists). He detected an additional canal that the dentists had missed on basic X-rays. Overall, Dr. Gończowski's knowledge is vast and invaluable. My procedure lasted over two hours, with absolutely no pain or discomfort (I almost fell asleep in the chair during the treatment 😅). The second positive observation I'd like to share is the overall aesthetic – the clinic is beautifully decorated, everything is labeled in Polish and English, and the biggest plus is the very friendly atmosphere exuded by the staff and doctors. After a two-year struggle with a tooth requiring root canal treatment, and unfortunately, the treatment was incorrect at a well-known Krakow clinic, I found Magnadent. They offer complete professionalism, a wealth of knowledge, and ultimately, my tooth was saved. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for true specialists.
