Great approach. On Sunday my wisdom tooth started hurting, on Tuesday I was looking for a dentist who would take me as soon as possible, as the pain was increasing... I wrote on Tuesday and I had an appointment the very next day and I'm going for the procedure on Friday. Fast action and professionalism from the lady at the reception to the doctor.

I had a very positive experience here. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give a thorough, clear explanation of my situation, which I really appreciated. Doctor convince me to extract some teeth which were not needed to be extracted when I consulted with other doctors

In addition, we record your last visit 2 years ago, so it is strange that you have only expressed your dissatisfaction now. We do not know on the basis of what facts and suggestions the other doctor you mentioned came to the opinion that the solution should have been different. Every dentist's interest is to preserve a healthy tooth, if possible, with regard to the health and overall functionality of the teeth. If our doctor decided to extract the teeth in agreement with you, the findings certainly corresponded to this and everything was explained to you. 🇨🇿 Clinic review: I had a tooth pulled and everything went smoothly. The staff was pleasant and professional, they explained everything to me, so I felt at ease. The procedure was almost painless — I didn't even have to take any painkillers. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I definitely recommend!

I recommend this wonderful clinic to everyone. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are highly qualified. I had a tooth removed quickly and very carefully. After the anesthesia wore off, I felt virtually no pain or discomfort.

Visited due to a dental emergency while holidaying in Prague. I managed to get a next day appointment, all the staff speak perfect English and are friendly and accommodating. My issue was resolved quickly and to a high standard, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
My crown and post fell out again and I immediately found an appointment to see the administrator. The receptionist was kind and customer-oriented, as was the doctor's professionalism and approach.
Absolute satisfaction, after two weeks of pain I finally found out what was wrong with me. Since my dentist didn't know, she said everything was fine and I should wait. 14 days on aulins and ibalgins. Today at Magic Smile my suffering ended in just 20 minutes. Thank you and I definitely recommend it. Kind staff, empathy.
The staff were very friendly and kept me informed throughout the visit. Dr. Chang showed me in detail on a 3D scan where the problem is and clearly explained what will need to be done. Thanks to her approach, I feel much more at ease about the upcoming procedure :)

Although the treatment represents a significant financial burden for me, I really enjoy coming here because I know that I am not paying anything unnecessary. I always receive a clear explanation of the situation and the options for solving it, and the decision is left to me. I am fully satisfied with this procedure. I also consider regular dental hygiene here to be a pleasant cultural experience with a useful result. And I have not mentioned the very reasonable appointment times for treatment and check-ups. I am glad that I ended up at this dental clinic. It has been about a year since my previous review, and my satisfaction still persists. As always, today's visit to Dr. Zolárek was a pleasant cultural experience. He has a completely professional approach that inspires a sense of trust and helps me overcome the harsh reality more easily. I am aware that it will still cost me something, but I know that when I choose from the offered options for further treatment, it will be a good solution. And the beauty is that my teeth do not hurt and have not hurt for quite a few years. In the end, even the regular check-ups and maintenance bring results and joy.
I have been visiting this clinic since 2020. During this time I have seen 2 doctors, 1 doctor and 2 dental hygienists. The treatment has always been professional, fast and of high quality. I appreciate the human approach, the appointment and also the kind nurses. I can highly recommend it.
We had a great conversation with the doctor, he explained in detail what and why needed to be done and how he would do it, the procedure was quick and painless. If the surgical wound in my tongue didn't hurt after the local anesthesia wore off, I would have gone again.
