Unfortunately, I have had several negative experiences with dentists in the past, but my experience with m2stoma has been only positive. Last but not least, the clinic is equipped with modern technologies.

I want to give a big shout out to all the staff. Everyone is nice, helpful and willing to help. I was here for dental hygiene and an initial consultation. I am very satisfied and can definitely recommend m2stoma.

However, now after years my teeth are bad, not from teeth cleaning, unfortunately just from not going to the dentist. How does this clinic work with people who didn't have a problem then, but unfortunately despite an insurmountable fear they didn't go to the doctor and now have major problems with their teeth?!! Can someone please answer me, or offer treatment there or elsewhere so that I can finally stop being afraid???!!!!! Amazing dental clinic. It's beautiful and modern. In the waiting room you feel like you're in a hotel, not at a dentist, which is great. I go to dentist Purdek and he's absolutely great. You don't feel any pain during the procedure (anesthesia is a given, not like at my former dentist...) he plays songs loudly, which relaxes the atmosphere and I have a hard time not singing during the procedure 😂…

I have visited this clinic several times for various procedures, including dental hygiene, fillings, and more complex interventions. The staff is consistently efficient and professional. My only regret is that I didn't find this clinic sooner. It confirmed to me that people are usually afraid of the unknown. Very bad experience. We came with our five-year-old son, who has several cavities - the doctor immediately suggested pulling all the teeth under anesthesia without discussion. When I wanted a more gentle solution, he did not respond at all. He claimed that he did not have a contract with insurance companies, but the reception and the website claim the opposite. Regarding your son's treatment, we understand your concerns and wish to choose the most gentle approach. Based on the extent of the decay and considering his age and the fact that he has not been to the dentist before, we recommended treatment under general anesthesia precisely so that everything could be done in one sitting without stress and trauma. However, we always respect the parents' decision and are glad that you have found a solution that makes you feel more comfortable. Regarding your request for a total removable prosthesis, we really try to provide the highest quality care, which is why we cooperate with a laboratory that meets our high processing requirements. However, the price of such work often significantly exceeds the amount covered by health insurance companies. We are aware that the difference between real costs and reimbursements from public health insurance is a systemic problem that unfortunately is not in our power to change – neither on the patient’s nor the doctor’s side. Once again, we are sorry that you did not feel comfortable with us. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your son only the best – whether with us or anywhere else where you will be satisfied. t visit was a huge surprise. First, compared to my previous experiences, I felt like I was in a sci-fi environment, and second, I was surprised by the human approach of all the employees I came into contact with. After a thorough examination, Dr. Purdek showed me and carefully explained the condition of my teeth, which, despite a "problematic" check-up at the previous dentist (about a year before), showed a number of serious deficiencies. Based on the agreed treatment plan, I have already undergone several procedures and I must say that I am truly excited. The fact that someone would devote themselves to removing caries and subsequently building a new tooth as thoroughly as Dr. Purdek did was unimaginable to me. Although it takes quite a long time (well over an hour), the result is practically indistinguishable from untreated teeth, including the shade and natural shape of the tooth. I also had dental hygiene, which I was also very satisfied with. The dental hygienist, Ms. Veselá, was very careful and at the same time tolerant of someone who was having dental hygiene for the first time (where I come from, this service has only recently started to appear) and who did not know a lot of things or did not do them quite correctly. Overall, I have to say that I can only recommend this dental clinic. I have not encountered a single problem so far, and as a student, I am a rather demanding patient when it comes to finding free time. There was even no problem with changing the date when school "talked" to me. So I look forward to further cooperation and finally a truly healthy smile.

Dr. Purdek is an absolutely top dentist. I have been going to him for years. The patient can expect a professional and friendly approach at the same time. Previously, visiting the dentist was an insurmountable stress for me. After I received a recommendation for MDDr. Lešek, I found out that it is mainly about the approach of the dentist and the nurses, and my fear turned out to be unnecessary. In combination with the environment, which is closer to home than a dental office, I probably even enjoy going here.
