The space is clean, and the doctors and staff are incredibly friendly! While it's best to get your treatment done in Korea, I still come here when I absolutely have to. I'm very satisfied with the results :) If you're looking for a dental clinic, I highly recommend it!

e a disaster on Dr. J’s bench. Scaling alone took about an hour. Her technique wasn’t very gentle, and she didn’t plan for resting times like rinsing my mouth — I had to ask for it myself. For the complex filling (ONLY ONE TOOTH) she took pictures using a professional camera. She would think for a few seconds and then take another shot. In total, she took four pictures of the same angle before the procedure and another four after. Next, I removed my old fixed retainer and had a new one installed. The new retainer covers only four teeth. Based on my past experience (not at M Dental), it usually takes about 6–10 minutes. Guess what? Here, it took 30 minutes to complete! I could see a look of “hopelessness” in the assistant nurse’s eyes. In fact i wish to book with Dr Melvin which treat my tooth before during 2018. Now i know the reason why Dr melvin are fully booked wholemonth but Dr.J is the one available most slot in week. Lastly, the overall price was okay, but after comparing with other dental clinics in the same area, I found that the retainer cost was definitely on the higher side.

Ive asked my staff to WhatsApp you and get your permission to call you because I want to find out what exactly happened on that day, since I’m not around on your appointment date, unfortunately we did not get a reply from you. So I can only reply it here, to clarify several points mentioned in your review to ensure accuracy. Your appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM and the clinical portion of your visit concluded by 1:30 PM, and you left the clinic at 1:40 PM following a brief discussion regarding your dissatisfaction being charged for removal of fixed retainer — this timeline is supported by both our WhatsApp correspondence and CCTV records. You were informed prior to the procedure that this scaling session would take longer due to the presence of thick, deep calculus—particularly beneath both top and bottom fixed retainers. Photos were shown to you and bleeding was expected due to underlying gum inflammation, especially since your last scaling was in March 2018. Chlorhexidine mouthwash was provided post-treatment to aid healing. As for the filling, Dr. J took clinical photographs at different treatment stages (before, after removing the old filling, post-composite buildup, and after final polishing). This is part of our standard to deliver high-quality, precise work. Concerning the fixed retainer, you presented with a broken upper one involving four teeth. You requested the new retainer match the previous coverage, but Dr. J advised a slightly higher placement, away from the gum for easier hygiene, which you initially accepted. However, you did not like it after that and requested to change it back to the previous coverage position, so she offered to redo it per your request, fully informing you of potential consequences like food impaction. Hence, the additional time spent on the proper adjustment and this reflects our commitment to patient satisfaction. The removal of your previous retainer was done carefully to preserve tooth structure. This required specialized tools, magnification loupes, and additional time, which justifies the fee collected.
