aspects of the treatment, I would like to express concerns about the doctor’s handling of the situation. When we inquired about alternative options, the doctor insisted that removal was the only choice, using the analogy that “even if your finger is infected, it needs to be cut.” As patients, we expected a more thorough explanation of the situation and potential alternatives. Furthermore, when we questioned the payment for the root canal, given that it had failed, the doctor responded by saying, “I’ve graduated and paid for my professional fee, so you must pay even if the treatment failed.” This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, leaving us with a negative experience. I hope this feedback helps ensure that other patients do not encounter similar issues. We trust that you take these matters seriously and address them to maintain the high standard of care that your clinic is known for.

Dear Behrad, Thank you for sharing this unique and rather imaginative account of a visit to our clinic. While we deeply appreciate feedback, we were quite surprised to find that we have no record of either you or your wife as patients here. We also triple checked our patients’ records for the year 2024 and we were unable to track any failed root canal treatment that resorted to extraction. However, if you ever find yourself at the correct clinic, we’d be happy to provide professional care. As for the vivid quotes attributed to our doctors, such as, “even if your finger is infected, it needs to be cut” and “I’ve graduated and paid for my professional fee, so you must pay even if the treatment failed”—these are truly… interesting. While our team is known for their advanced training, clear communication, and providing multiple options, we regret that none of these colorful statements were made here.
