I'll just leave a testimonial and opinion. I was at the clinic a while ago, through my Unimed health plan, and Dr. Margareth only did a cleaning. I reported and insisted on emphasizing the enormous sensitivity I was feeling in my second molar. She, "Dr. Margareth," maintained her status and continued to insist that I would have to use toothpaste for sensitivity and that this was the only option.…

Finally, I sought out a private specialist, and in 15 minutes of analysis, I was given the alternative of gingival repositioning (for the layperson: gum graft)... that toothpaste wouldn't solve my problem. Finally, in less than 15 days, the procedure was done, and today I am a person with no connection between tooth and sensitivity. The moral of the story is that the feeling I had (I'm not accusing anyone, just the impression I got) is that dental plans are a cowardly practice in which professionals become complicit. I went to three professionals affiliated with the plan, and they all gave the same recommendation (toothpaste for sensitivity), but on the fourth attempt with a private professional, I found the definitive solution to a problem I had been longing for an effective and permanent resolution to. The problem, then, wasn't me, nor was it the toothpaste for sensitivity!

Our approach is conservative, and the intention was to provide comfort to the patient so that, in a reassessment (which, according to the insurance plan, occurs every six months), we could recommend surgical treatment (gingival graft) if the problem persisted. Unsatisfactory experience. There were flaws in the service, inaccurate information, and a lack of clarity throughout the entire process. Furthermore, I perceived a lack of commitment to the customer, which negatively impacted my experience. I hope the company reviews its processes to offer a more professional service that aligns with expectations.

This isn't the first time I've questioned the difficulty of contacting the clinic. It's hard to get a response on WhatsApp or by phone. They could be more accommodating to patients, as many other clinics are.

Taking care of your health is always very important, but taking care of our health with professionals is essential. In this treatment, I experienced quality and punctuality, and I was very well attended to by Dr. Margarida and Dr. Heidsandra, a very sensitive professional. It was well worth it. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Camila, and the service was wonderful. The post-operative period was undoubtedly a surprise; I had practically no pain, and even less swelling. It was much better than I imagined. Excellent professionals of extremely high quality. I am super satisfied.

I was treated by Dr. Gessica, an incredible professional. I had fillers done with her for the first time, in addition to other preventative aesthetic procedures. The fact is, I was impressed by her subtlety and light touch; I didn't experience any discomfort, not even with the anesthesia ❤️ A natural look without heavy-handedness is extremely important.
