This is a good dentist who provides friendly explanations. They will give you appropriate advice based on your symptoms. They have also introduced the latest equipment, so you can receive dental treatment that is several levels above what is covered by health insurance in Japan.
Thank you Dr. Lok for the excellent dental scaling session. She was very careful, detailed, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She also shared a lot of useful and professional advice, which I truly appreciate. A very caring and knowledgeable dentist.

We booked an emergency appointment via WhatsApp because my husband broke a tooth; they scheduled us within a couple of hours (very fast). After my husband's appointment and seeing the professionalism of the staff, we decided to each get a dental cleaning (mine was more thorough). They gave us a great price. We left more than happy! 100% recommended!

My husband and I had a great experience today at Lok Dental Clinic. Dr Jaden Lok was informative, skilled and patient. I had some filling done on my tooth and a few x-rays. The price was affordable and the service was quick. The dental assistants were also very kind. I would recommend this clinic.

Edit: Very sad that 3.5months after my second visit, I visited another dental due to wisdom teeth growing and pain. Turns out being told that both of my current wisdom teeth been decay, and one of it very bad. Hi thanks for the review. As we have check you indeed came our clinic 2 times for appointment of dental scaling and polishing. Our doctor have performed complete dental scaling and polishing based on your appointments and at the same time our doctors will inform the patient if there is any dental caries present and will inform during the scaling procedure. If there isn't dental caries, our doctor will proceed as usual. We do not make patients to take unnecessary X-ray to avoid radiation exposure unless patient is present with pain complaint, which you did not. So after the dental scaling until recently in the duration of 3.5 months which you claimed, in that time frame caries may appear and deteriorate depends on your dental hygiene and eating habits. Lastly, usually wisdom teeth for upper , we will advise patients to extract them when the caries have started on the distal surface to avoid pain due to difficulty in brushing that area, as for the lower wisdom teeth, if your teeth is impacted, we will inform the patient to get removed surgically to avoid caries towards the same tooth and the adjacent tooth. The environment is very clean and comfortable. The doctor is very gentle. My two daughters are not afraid of dental checkups.

Came for the ICON resin infiltration treatment for my white spots and am amazed by the results. meticulous 👍🏽 He also explained the procedure well. Thank you to the Dr and the assistant for being so patient and trying their best to achieve the best results. Especially to the assistant for being kind and helping me feel comfortable! Whole treatment lasted around 3 hours for 6 teeth including consultation and scaling. However I felt that the team could have better prepared me for the post treatment implications of wearing a mouth opener for too long, it was okay for the first two hours but the last hour it started to feel very uncomfortable. Although the team constantly checked in with me on my comfort level, and encouraged me to relax and bite/close my mouth the issue for me was how hard it was pressing against my gums. Ended the treatment having really painful and sore gums due to the prolonged pressure and irritated and bumpy skin around the corners of my mouth (I also have sensitive skin). Just a note to those who are thinking of doing the treatment close to any special event they have.

Love how gentle is Dr Lok while providing excellent care and service. She is also very attention to detail, constantly checking if I’m doing ok during the treatment. Basement parking is available if street parking is full. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!! :)
