The place is very well structured, but my experience was horrible, the worst I've ever had with a dentist... Maybe because it was a simpler plan or for some other reason, I don't know. I arrived with an infected tooth, having already been sleepless for two nights, and even touching a grain of rice caused horrible pain. arriving at the clinic, Dr. Barbara Rigo Borin Prinz treated me in a very inhumane and arrogant way, and because I was very scared, I believe she already sensed that it might be "fussiness" (my opinion). Anyway, she applied anesthesia, and after about two or three minutes, she started working on it, but the anesthesia didn't take. She kept trying until the third time, and I couldn't get it to work, so I asked her to stop because I couldn't stand it anymore. At the end, she prescribed antibiotics, but the dosage was also wrong because the pharmacist, upon seeing the prescription, thought the dose she prescribed was absurd... Look, she may be a great professional for other "patients," but with me it was horrible. Luckily, on the same day I found a humane dentist who was very patient and performed the procedure correctly, so much so that I didn't feel any pain, and he charged a fair price privately. That was my experience with this doctor and this Uniodonto health plan; I arrived there in pain and left in even more pain. I am writing to comment that they contacted me and informed me that I was not seen by Dr. Barbara Rigo, but by another dentist, Dr. Ana Maria Costa. So I apologize to Dr. Barbara Rigo for my mistake, but I had no way of knowing because I was informed during the scheduling that Dr. Barbara would be seeing me, and since the person who saw me barely looked me in the eye or had the courtesy to introduce herself, I thought it was her and not the other dentist, Dr. Ana Maria Costa. That being said, I advise that if you go to the clinic, seek to be seen by Dr. Barbara Rigo Borin and avoid the other dentist who treated me, unless she "likes you," because it seems she didn't like me...
