. We were greeted at the airport without any waiting, as the driver was already there waiting for us. We were then taken to a 5-star hotel, which we had been able to choose from several options beforehand. Everything there was also perfectly prepared, allowing us to settle in comfortably. The next morning, we were picked up promptly and driven to the clinic. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and each patient receives a personal guide. Our guide, Sami, spoke excellent German and coordinated all the appointments with the various specialists. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Sami again personally – he truly took care of everything on-site. After the thorough initial examination, the treatment began. You are guided from specialist to specialist; everything is perfectly organized and structured. We were particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality: several times a day we were asked if we would like something to eat or drink. There's a drinks bar on the comfortable sun terrace, and you can help yourself at any time. All the staff – from the cleaning staff to the guides and medical assistants, right up to the doctors and professors – were consistently friendly, motivated, and professional. Even during treatment hours until 10:30 p.m., there was a positive and dedicated atmosphere. A treatment session from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. would be almost unimaginable in Germany. We were promised a "magical smile" – and we have complete confidence that this promise will be kept. The preparatory work is now complete, we are in the healing phase, and we will travel to Istanbul again in six months. We are already looking forward to our next appointment. Our conclusion: There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Everyone knows exactly what to do and carries it out professionally. The organization is impressive, and the entire concept is well-thought-out and patient-centered. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team – we look forward to seeing you again in August!
