by them. Lema took complete responsibility for everything. I couldn't even imagine such service. Special thanks to Dr. Pelin and my translator and curator, Nisa Akarsu, who took care of me from start to finish. They are wonderful people. I advise everyone not to hesitate and simply trust Lema. I had 4 implants and 24 crowns installed; I chose the color B3, in case anyone finds that useful. The implant procedure was completely painless, and I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted in one day, without even noticing. The crown installation also went completely smoothly; I couldn't have asked for more. My biggest worry was that the procedures would be painful and I'd die from them, but everything went super smoothly, and I spent all my free time enjoying beautiful Istanbul and my time here. Don't hesitate, just write to them, and they'll do the rest. I haven't seen such professionalism even in Europe; our doctors should learn from them. Thank you, Lema, for my new smile and the boost in my courage and self-confidence!

Each person reacts differently: some may have very little pain, others more. In our case, however, after several procedures, we achieved the long-desired smile, and this makes us very happy. I would like to emphasize another important aspect: not all the clinic staff are equally kind and involved. On the other hand, Liliana, the Turkish-Romanian translator, was extraordinary. She made our experience much easier: she helped us every time we had questions, gave us useful advice, was patient with us and was always attentive and very friendly. We have nothing but praise for her and are very grateful for the support she provided. Unfortunately, the experience with another translator, Ms. Monica, was not a pleasant one. Although at first glance she seems kind, her behavior was not suitable for such a position. In the office, she does not always translate exactly what the doctor says and becomes recalcitrant when patients have questions or concerns. We believe that in a medical clinic it is very important that patients feel safe and can ask anything without fear of being treated disrespectfully. Overall, our experience with the treatment and the final result was a very good one, and the smile obtained is worth all the effort. We recommend Lema Clinic, but we believe that the patient experience could be even better if all the staff had the same professional and friendly attitude as Liliana.
