I was at the clinic in February 2025. My interpreter was named Fariye. First, let me tell you about her... Fariye was mainly interested in money. She talked about how poor she was all day long. I lent her money for the taxi, and I still haven't gotten it back. Now, about the doctors... I had nine implants placed, four teeth extracted, and bone grafting done, all in one day. It really does a number on you. I said several times that I was in pain despite the anesthetic. The doctors just said it was all in my head. I came back six months later to get my permanent teeth fitted. October 2026. By then, there was a new interpreter, her name was Zusann. She was even worse than the first one. My stay was from Sunday to Saturday. They told me that would be enough. My appointment for the finished teeth was supposed to be on Saturday. I explained that it was far too late, as I was flying that evening and wouldn't have time for any corrections. The appointment would be fine, no worries. How often I've heard that... a fitting was supposed to take place on Friday, and that's when they noticed the wrong tooth color. That was the moment I snapped. I was supposed to be at fault for everything, I was supposed to pay for the costs, etc. My world collapsed. If it hadn't been for Aycan Attalay from Habitat Health... she saved me, I owe her so much. Habitat is lucky to have such a great employee. She even had the boss come from another city to see me. He at least made sure that Zusinn wouldn't be allowed anywhere near me again. The upshot was, though, that on Saturday I had my teeth fitted by Professor Onur, enduring severe pain. The man yelled at me during the procedure. His ego is so big, he thinks he's... Worst dentist I've ever met. I flew home with pain and teeth that didn't fit properly. My left molar became extremely inflamed. Three dentists from Germany confirmed in writing that the implants and the teeth were very poorly done. The dentists couldn't help me because the implants aren't available in Germany, and therefore, neither are the tools for them. I then had to fly back. The dentists at Land of Smile claimed it wasn't the tooth's fault. They weren't willing to help me. Ms. Aycan then took me to another dentist who extracted the tooth. The X-ray clearly showed that the implant was set too deep. In my opinion, Land of Smile is a dental mafia. It's all about money, not about people. I can only advise everyone to do their research beforehand.
