Regarding your recent visit, the two fillings carried out were Class II restorations, each priced at RM300, which follows the standard recommended fee range. To ensure your comfort, local anesthesia was also provided so the treatment could be completed without sensitivity. The total amount of RM600 includes the 6% SST, which has been implemented by the Malaysian government for foreign patients seeking medical and dental treatments since July 2025. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding, and please rest assured that we are committed to delivering transparent, comfortable, and high-quality care to all our patients. Amazing care by front desk to nurse to doctor. Called to make an appt at 11ish and the receptionist was able to slot me in for an early one. Was in at 1240 and out by 1pm for a wisdom tooth extraction. Actual extraction was done in a jiffy, fast and quick, had to do xray due to placement of wisdom tooth but that was quick too. I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted. The procedure was smooth and painless. Dr Chew was incredibly skilled and gentle. I was given instructions on how to care for the extraction site, which made my recovery smoother. Thank you Dr Chew and nurses for making this process as comfortable as possible. =)

Asked for a quote for scaling and was told 100-150. Then when we went, they did Deep cleaning under LA for bottom arch, and without anaesthetic for upper arch. We were charged RM300. Should have informed us since we went there expecting to only pay 100-150, or ask if we want LA or not. should not be “per arch”. Arch and quadrant are two different terms, per arch price listed but charged otherwise. And the way the person who answered my queries sounded rude and sarcastic. Quote “use sensitive toothpaste (forever)” Lol. 1st time here but really disappointed.
I will strongly recommend this dental clinic. You will have a total different experience compare other dental clinic. l dentists in the past, Lai Dental Clinic has been the best dental experience I've had by a long shot. Excellent service. They message you to check in on how you are doing after treatment and are easy to get in touch with should you have any concerns. The best dental clinic in town! Highly recommended.
