They don't respect the client. I came by appointment, but they didn't see me, saying they didn't have time and asking me to leave and come back in two hours. They called me before my appointment and asked me not to be late, but I arrived 20 minutes early. Then they simply sent me away.

You did indeed arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, even earlier. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication with our front desk employee, our dentist was not informed that you were a scheduled patient. As a result, your presence was mistakenly relayed as a walk-in, and the dentist, in the middle of a delicate procedure, was unable to accommodate what she thought to be an unscheduled visit.
We take full responsibility for this error. It was a breakdown in internal communication, and we are actively reviewing our procedures to ensure this does not happen again.
