I've been going to the clinic for many years. Alexandra is fantastic and Barbara is always very helpful. I recommend them 5 stars.

On two separate occasions, the results of the analyses were not delivered to me in printed form. Reason: the printer was broken. The blood collection, on those same occasions, was not as professional as it should have been: the blame always falls on the client's veins. There were no cold/icy compresses to alleviate a probable hematoma on the hand.

Dear Patient, After consulting with the healthcare professionals at this unit, it was determined that the printer experienced a temporary malfunction, which was resolved very quickly. We would also like to inform you that the results of clinical analyses can be obtained in several ways: on paper, by email, and through access to our laboratory's platform. Regarding the technical quality of the healthcare professional responsible for your puncture, she is widely recognized for her 38 years of professional experience, which reflects mastery of the collection technique, proven by the very high rate of patient retention. We regret if your sample may have resulted in a possible hematoma, given the presence of some difficult veins, which may only have been observable afterwards.
The dentist's services are excellent; I've had several teeth treated there and it's always gone well. When I needed extra follow-up appointments to make sure things were healing properly, they were always helpful and attentive to my questions.

I had treatment at the clinic on Rua da Boavista and I am extremely satisfied with the final result! I highly recommend Dr. José and Bárbara, an excellent team!
Constructive criticism: On January 24th, I scheduled 3 consecutive exams for my wife, for February 8th, specifically at Labmed Av. França, due to the ease of access and parking. To my surprise, today, February 7th, my wife received an SMS informing her that tomorrow she has the exams but at D. João I!! This sudden change without prior notice causes disruption and costs. We regret any inconvenience caused to you and would like to explain that the Imaging and Radiology service is provided by RX-MED - Imagem Médica, S.A., a company that shares the same space in the LabMED Center on Avenida de França but does not belong to our group, being completely independent. The LabMED Saúde Group, in this unit, provides Dental Medicine, Specialist Consultations, and Complementary Diagnostic Examinations in the areas of Cardiology, Pulmonology, Electroencephalography, and Audiology, and also has an Optician. Unilabs is responsible for the clinical analysis service, and RX-MED is responsible for the Imaging and Radiology services. In this regard, the LabMED Saúde Group cannot be held responsible for services that are not under its legal supervision, and is limited to forwarding your statements to the company RX-MED-Imagem Médica, S.A.. We also emphasize that these 3 companies do not have common partners and/or managers, thus being completely independent companies.

Unsafe MRI service, they lock your belongings and don't give you the key... leaving you inside the machine for several minutes with headphones, which they say are to protect your ears?
