The dentists Dr Ng Jin Wen is providing not only excellent service but also made me calm when doing his work. The staff in reception is friendly and shown her confidence in her job. Keep it up. Definitely a good choice for Singaporen if you want good service and reasonable price.

I had an appointment with Dr. Koh, and the information said there were no problems. However, when I arrived, it was a male doctor, Dr. Lim, who was clearly inexperienced. I knew very well that my problem was a cavity under the filling in my upper left front tooth. I had a full-mouth X-ray taken elsewhere, which I showed to the doctor, but he couldn't find anything. the doctor was reluctant, saying it might give the same result. He then filled another tooth on my right side, which he said was more sensitive. After filling it, he didn't have me wear the denture to see if it would fit. I put it on myself and said it was very uncomfortable before he adjusted it. Even after the adjustment, it still wasn't good. I could clearly feel a large gap between the denture and the tooth. They seemed very impatient, perhaps because the next patient was coming. They seemed very unprofessional. In the end, I insisted on a smaller X-ray, which Dr. Koh took. The result showed that there was indeed a cavity under the filling on the right side. I didn't want to go back. The filling process was also very uncomfortable; it was painful and the tooth was very sensitive.
