, and professional examination helped me initially identify the root cause of my pain, leaving no stone unturned, even though many patients were already waiting. Her attentiveness and care reassured me that she could cure me. I returned the next day, but because Dr. Koh was already seeing patients, Dr. Ng Jin Wen continued my treatment. The dentist spent over an hour patiently trying to pinpoint the exact tooth triggering the nerve pain, as all three molars could be the cause, making the situation complex. There were no obvious cracks visible to the naked eye or on the X-ray, yet the pain was unbearable. The two doctors discussed the issue and repeatedly explained the crucial treatment plan to me. Their patient listening and understanding of the patient's experience was truly invaluable, even though many other patients were waiting. I've already taken up a lot of the doctors' time, and they still felt apologetic for not being able to immediately relieve my excruciating pain. Their attitude towards treatment was truly excellent, especially in this materialistic environment. After a series of examinations, it was finally decided to have root canal treatment on one tooth. After grinding down the filled tooth, they discovered a crack inside, which was likely the source of the intense pain. Thanks to Dr. Ng's patient treatment, I'm much more comfortable now. I believe the remaining treatment will proceed smoothly. I am very grateful to Dr. Koh and Dr. Ng, two sincere and ethical doctors. Thank you.

Horrible, Came here to do my filling, told that was a old experience doctor, end up is a young doc, filling and scaling was so lousy and after like 4 mths , pain and filling drop out ..
Ridiculous service. I walked in at 3:15 to reserve a spot for two people and asked about the cost and waiting time. The receptionist told me there were three doctors available and that I only needed to wait for one 3:30 appointment, with one patient currently inside. e clinic is slow and later appointments arrive, she pushes all of them ahead of walk-ins. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t accept walk-ins at all. Why didn’t she just tell me upfront that I would have to wait until all appointments were seen before any walk-in patients? Do I have wait until they close before they see me?
Aamzing service and even though i have not yet to decide to do implant here, but they recommend me to do it in Singapore since I have medisave. Therefore, they provide high quality service and recommendation with affordable cost compared to other clinics
