Very poor service. I was very disappointed with Doctor "NATA UTAMA" even though I am a BPJS patient. It was very difficult to obtain a medical certificate. My first appointment was at 7 minutes to 12 noon. I was experiencing fever, vomiting, and dizziness. The doctor wrote a prescription and said, "Is there anything else?" I answered politely, "I would like a medical certificate." The doctor…

replied, "Your blood pressure is normal, I cannot give you a medical certificate. If you want, please ask for a copy of the prescription in front of you." WITH AN ARROGANT FACE. At that time, I left the room with a headache. And after returning home from the clinic I vomited and also had shortness of breath. At the same time at a different time at 5:30 PM I went to the clinic to get checked again because the shortness of breath and nausea were getting worse. At the registration place with a different staff position. The staff at 12 noon were very friendly. The staff wore peach hijabs and were served well. The staff at the 6th hour set service was very poor. I said I wanted to register. She asked if there was an application. I said this is the application. She replied have you got the registration? I said yes but now I am in a short position and the last vomiting at 5 am I can't take it anymore I want to look for a sick note. She answered here that the doctor directly and her sister had checked earlier couldn't find a sick note. Earlier her sister said she couldn't take it "PLEASE GO TO THE ER DIRECTLY" with a grumpy face. I said oh yes sis thank you. There was no answer whatsoever with that arrogant face of hers. GOOD LUCK YOU ALL THOSE WHO GET MEDICATION USING BPJS DON'T FEEL WHAT I FEEL
