Very quick to give a referral to the hospital. I thought BPJS would treat me badly, but it turns out that Satya Clinic and the hospital gave me good service and was very accommodating even though I was using BPJS. It was the best. The WA admin was friendly and the clinic was clean...

Good service Good explanation But I feel the selection of medications/treatments is lacking, as once you visit, you never get better. You need a second visit, or sometimes even a referral to the hospital before you get better. Even though the illness is just a cold, fever, etc.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We hope we can provide excellent service. Please allow me to inform you that the healing process for a disease is influenced by various factors, such as the type of virus or bacteria, immune system, environment, and so on. Initial treatment is tailored to the course of the disease to prevent drug resistance and must be monitored to prevent recurrence. We wish you continued health.

Thank you for your service at Satya Clinic. My child was ill and was treated with BPJS Class II facilities. The queue was fast. Doctor Emy was also friendly and kind in the general clinic. She was responsive and provided excellent service at the referral hospital. You can make reservations using the JKN app for the first-line health facility at Satya Clinic. Hopefully, this information is helpful.…

It's great to have a dentist who practices on Sundays. Make an appointment at least one day in advance. The clinic is open half a day on Sundays. The receptionist is friendly. The dentist is also friendly and informative. Very helpful. Accepting general patients and BPJS patients.

I've never been disappointed with my treatment here. From the administrative staff, to the assistant doctors and even the pharmacists, everyone is humble, patient, and meticulous. They make the sick forget about their own pain.

Still with me on behalf of Yohana, please read it sis, I wrote that determining weight alone is not possible, not gender. Read carefully weight is not gender, what is the use of your ultrasound device if it can't even be used to predict baby's weight? Both words sis gave medication according to indications haha very funny, the doctor has checked my blood pressure is low I need blood booster, but…

gosh he gave me blood booster is so stingy just one tablet, then the next check up he didn't give me any blood booster, even though he himself checked my blood pressure was low, then why when it was the doctor's turn to treat me it wasn't that female doctor, replaced by a male doctor why did he give me so many blood boosters? Because he is not stingy, he gave me blood boosters up to 3 tablets because he knew my blood pressure was low, often dizzy. So women we do have to be frugal, but don't be stingy, especially for pregnant women. I hope the doctor who usually performs ultrasounds on patients (I don't know his name) doesn't have a difficult life. I hope everything goes smoothly when he gets pregnant and gives birth. Remember, being stingy doesn't make us rich, but being generous will be remembered by others and will be made easier by the Almighty. Thanks.

The place is comfortable and clean. The staff and doctors are friendly and provide excellent service. Recommended! The medical and paramedic staff are young people who likely already have psychology credits. Thank you for your service.

My biggest regret is choosing Satya Clinic as my BPJS Level 1 health facility. First, the doctor in the ultrasound department is incompetent, he can't even measure the baby's weight in the womb, and is very stingy in giving blood-boosting drugs or any other drugs. Second, the clinic is unclear, sometimes open sometimes closed. Third, it is very difficult to get a referral to a good hospital, I was…

even advised to give birth at a community health center, and when a few months before giving birth, he said I was given a referral so that I could use it as a guide if I had to have a C-section, but in reality, the referral was only for a pregnancy check-up, and he said the referral could only be issued once every 3 months, it turned out that after I changed health facilities to a community health center, it turned out that referrals could be issued several times a month, because my child was sick in one month, I got referrals twice and was able to. The saddest moment in my life when my husband had been out of work for 4 months I was forced to give birth with a C-section not covered by BPJS just because the referral from the clinic had been used for a pregnancy check, if I wanted to use BPJS they said I had to have a normal birth because the baby's heartbeat and contractions continued (dilation was progressing), but I had no energy left and all my stomach contents had come out because of vomiting, the Puri Bunda side didn't want me to have a C-section using BPJS because there was no referral for a C-section, finally because it was very painful and I had no more energy (because all my stomach contents had come out because of vomiting due to the pain) I asked for a C-section with my own expenses. And my decision to have a C-section was right, it turned out my amniotic fluid was already green, if I had survived the free birth using BPJS my child might have died. I was very disappointed with the doctor in charge of the obstetric examination, a female doctor I forgot her name, she said I was given a referral as my last resort for a C-section later, but it turned out the referral was not for a C-section but for a pregnancy check. Thank you, doc, because the doctor was stingy in giving a referral, I ended up having to pay for the delivery while crying because when I got home from the hospital, my husband and I had no money, we were even confused about food at that time. But God is so good. I just want to say, doc, we as women should not be too calculating and stingy in helping, especially for pregnant women, poor thing, please make it easier for everyone whose health facility is at Satya Clinic, because what the doctor does now will later come back to the doctor himself, I pray that the doctor's health matters will not be as difficult as I was at that time. Now I have changed my health facility to a community health center and it turns out the service is much better, asking for a referral letter is not difficult and in a month I have asked for a referral letter 3 times and it turns out they can issue referral letters several times a month, and in giving medicine they are never stingy

Thank you for your review. We hope you are always in good health. I would like to clarify that doctors performing ultrasounds at the clinic will perform the examination according to the standard guidelines for basic ultrasound examinations, and only trained doctors perform them. Therefore, the pregnancy ultrasound examination schedule is adjusted to the trained doctors. General practitioners are always available according to clinic service hours (weekdays 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM WITA and Sundays/public holidays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM WITA). We adjust the amount of medication needed to the condition of the disease and direct when to check if further consultation and additional medication are needed. The referrals we provide are in accordance with the flow and hospitals listed in the BPJS system. Referrals will be given according to indications, and for first pregnancies without indications for labor, the referral will be directed to the Primary Health Care Facility (FKTP) first, except in emergencies where the referral can be made directly to the hospital without a referral. Referrals can only be directed to specialist polyclinics for consultation, and the decision on the procedure (normal or cesarean section) will depend on the treating specialist. The referral period is valid for 90 days (3 months), but if the specialist's examination results are still normal, the examination will be returned to the FKTP and a referral can be made again if problems are found during the pregnancy. If the specialist still requires regular check-ups, a control letter will be issued as long as the referral is still valid so that the control letter from the hospital can be reused without a new referral. We apologize once again because for first pregnancies, we cannot direct a cesarean without the approval of an obstetrician. For subsequent deliveries with a history of previous cesareans, there is usually an indication for another cesarean unless there are other considerations from the specialist at that time. We hope this brief explanation is helpful. If you need further explanation, please consult with us directly or indirectly. Best regards.

Yesterday, I took my child to the dentist. The wait wasn't long because we had an appointment. My child's tooth was loose. When we checked, the doctor was very helpful. He advised, "Ma'am, your little one's tooth isn't loose enough yet. If you want it pulled now, you'll need an anesthetic injection. I suggest having your little one's tooth extracted later so that the loose tooth is more loose.…

This way, he won't be traumatized by the injection or the tooth extraction. If the tooth is really loose, we can just use topical anesthetic. I also noticed that his permanent tooth hasn't erupted yet, so we can wait until it's looser. Unless the permanent tooth has erupted, then you should bring him back here immediately." The doctor's explanation was very clear and reassuring. Thank you, Doctor. I hope this clinic maintains its excellent service. 👌👌

Very friendly service, clean and tidy place. This afternoon, I took my sick child to the clinic for a checkup and also got a birth control injection. The doctor on duty examined me thoroughly, and the midwife who provided the birth control was also very friendly. Recommended for those with BPJS (Social Security)
