Dr Faiz handled my root canal treatment perfectly. He explained clearly and worked carefully. Staff were attentive, polite and very helpful. Clinic is modern, safe and very hygienic. Best Dental Clinic in Kuala Lumpur for sure. I highly recommend to everyone.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my recent visit to the dentist for scaling and composite filling treatment. It was, without a doubt, the worst dental visit I’ve ever had. Firstly, the procedure was poorly handled—the excessive water from my mouth splashed all over my face, leaving me soaked and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was even bloodstaining on my hijab, which was completely unacceptable. Secondly, in the middle of my treatment, they made me wait for 15 minutes just to attend to another patient. I find this highly unprofessional and disrespectful to my time as a patient. Overall, this was the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a dental clinic, and I cannot comprehend how such negligence and poor patient care are allowed to happen.

Excellent service from the entire team, from the receptionist to the doctor and nurse. I had to bring my autistic son to the dentist because his permanent tooth was growing while his baby tooth was still in place. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my son, engaging with him and showing interest in what he shared. The doctor skillfully and smoothly extracted the baby tooth without any fuss from my son. Hats off to the whole team for their outstanding care and professionalism! 👍👏
