I went for dental scaling on 23 January 2025 (Monday) based on the good Google reviews, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The entire scaling procedure was done in less than 10 minutes, which already made me question the quality of the treatment. upper gums and left lower gums. At first, I thought it was normal after scaling. However, the next day the pain became more severe, and after four days it was extremely painful. My gums were swollen and ulcers started to appear. When I contacted the clinic, the assistant asked me to come back for a review but mentioned that additional charges would apply if further treatment was needed, even though I had already paid RM150 and strongly believe the pain was caused by the scaling done by the dentist. I then decided to visit Carewell Dental, which is located nearer to this clinic, and the doctor there prescribed antibiotics. After taking the antibiotics, my condition has finally started to improve. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Please do not waste your money here.

Decide to to scaling and whitening for both me and spouse. The staff is very kindly and helpful on pinpointing teeth condition. The doctor do the job efficiently. Two thumbs up for the services.

Dr did a great job for my younger brother's front tooth which was broken by half while playing football. He is 12 years old. Dr took extra care before during and after treatment for him. He experienced zero pain and very satisfied with Dr services. Truly appreciate it.

I had a root canal treatment here... I had 2 teeth removed. The service was excellent A great doctor. When I entered the procedure room, he calmed me down, as I was having a pounding heart. Excellent service. The doctor's assistant was also beautiful.
Earlier this year, I went to get my retainers changed. The doctor did a check up on the issue I mentioned to him and made the necessary fix. I paid RM 400 which I thought was a fair price. And I thought “Oh this is great, I’ve got new retainers that hopefully will last me 10 years.” I was dead wrong. g deal. I’ll have them fixed.” I went to a dental clinic near my house and to my surprise, the doctor there told me that the retainer was done incorrectly. Botched with too much excess glue which in turn caused my gums to recede. And now I have to pay another 400 to get this problem fixed. Also a receding gum that can never come back ever again due to a treatment done improperly. I knew many others had a good experience here but I don’t. I’m angry and upset to be told that I spent so much something that did me more harm than good.

I’ve always been insecure about my teeth and would never show them when I smiled. I was initially skeptical about getting braces and nervous about the pain, but Dr. Sathva did a fantastic job!
