Be aware of this dentist (Haneesha) like the plague! Before this visit, my gum was healthy and intact and after the visit I have permenant damage and missing gum piece right in the middle with chronic issues daily because this dentist didn't perform the procedure correctly and lied beforehand about the safety! he supposed dentist Haneesha about any possible damage or risk that can result from the professional whitening process vs the basic/mild whitening and she said there will be absolutely no damage whatsoever that can result from the professional whitening process and that it's similar to the mild/basic option that is offered. So I opted for the professional whitening since she said it's absolutely safe and damage free ... Can you guess what happened? She severely burned my upper frontal gum and caused permanent damage and sore scar that left a gap between my teeth and hurt everyday! Why you ask, well according to other experts from the USA, it's because she literally did 3 procedures in a row which is guaranteed to burn and damage the gums! She was supposed to do it on different days to avoid such damage but she didn't because she wants to make money quickly regardless of safety! Afterwards, she said oops... mistakes can happen and there's nothing you can do about it but promised to refer me to a gum specialist for consultation...but instead she ghosted me and stopped communicating afterwards to avoid paying for her mistakes! FYI...after this incident, I asked another dentist in the same area the same question and immediately told me that the way she did it will cause damage and issues!!! This means it's a general knowledge all dentists know in Malaysia and not just the USA, but some are honest and some are not like Haneesha who likes to take advantage of foreigners! The other dentist also said it's important to avoid colored food the first 3 days which is the opposite of what Haneesha said! That explains why my teeth became yellow again from the first week! And I went through this horrible ordeal for what? For only few shades lighter temporarily! Now I have permenant damage and chronic sore/ulcer pain daily! My advice is to stay away from this office because they not only lie to gain your trust but are severely incompetent and have no remorse afterwards whatsoever and damaged gum can never be grown back!!! Note: the fake 5 star reviews she has on Google are not spontaneous or genuine but instead are solicited by Haneesha by offering her customers monetary incentives in return of a good review! Very immoral!
First time to be here with Dr. Chan to do scalling, polishing and whitening, very good services.
Just finished my braces consult with Dr. Tan Xin Yi! She explained everything super clearly. Can’t wait to start my braces this coming December.
The best dental clinic I've ever been to.. Good doctor and staff.. Always follow up with patients.. Recommended

My first visit here initially just for a filling but ended up with an extraction which i totally didn’t prepared myself for 🤣 but luckily Dr Hanee was very very helpful, she explained everything in detail and did the procedure quick & well..reassurance given 😆 The staffs there also friendly and helpful..will surely come back next time..tqvm Dr Hanee & assistants ☺️

Had my scaling, polishing, and whitening done by Dr. Haneessha Ahamed at OMG Dental Titiwangsa, and it was such a pleasant experience! The scaling was totally painless, and she even took the time to show me the right way to brush my teeth. My teeth feel super clean and look so much brighter now. Highly recommend Dr. Haneessha. Gentle, friendly, and really knows her stuff! 🦷✨

Very knowledgeable, very good and very experienced dentist. I had my teeth cleaned and polished and they did a superb job! Sparkling clean and so smooth! This is my preferred dentist for all my dental work and I'll be back for more!

S scaling at a promotional price. The entire process was well explained and carried out carefully. The clinic was also able to accommodate my requested timeslot, which I really appreciated. Location-wise, it is very convenient and easily accessible via public transportation. Overall, a very positive experience. I will definitely be back for ICON Resin Infiltration in the near future. Highly recommended.
