Never disappoints. It's been a while since I've seen Dr. Mawarni due to the C19 pandemic. The last time I had a dental checkup with him was in 2020 when he was still working for a salary but now he has his own clinic. Service is still Tip Top. The people are friendly and know how to joke. I explained my anxiety about being in a dental clinic, and she was incredibly understanding and compassionate. She immediately put me at ease, was very gentle throughout the procedure, and continuously explained what she was doing — which made a huge difference to my comfort level. For anyone who is frightened or anxious about visiting the dentist, Dr Shadiyah is truly wonderful and someone who makes you feel safe and cared for. First time coming to this clinic to get a 2nd opinion after checking with another clinic, Very satisfied with the explanation by Dr. Syadiyah, clear and easy to understand what to check and do. really like this clinic. before this I brought my children for teeth scaling. The doctor is good at calming the children and making them comfortable.. last week I did the treatment for myself. The doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful. overall, very good and definitely will come again :)
