h trust in Google reviews anymore, as many businesses nowadays encourage customers to leave positive feedback in exchange for vouchers or rebates. To me, that doesn’t reflect the true experience. Since my previous dentist retired, I had hoped to find a professional clinic for my yearly check-ups. Unfortunately, this clinic gave me the impression of being more commercialized than professional, so I do not plan to return. all the best! To replied: I want to be clear about my experience and also refer to the review I posted four days ago. My main concern during the visit was my molar, not my wisdom tooth. I did not raise any issue about my wisdom tooth until after your dentist reviewed the full-mouth X-ray. In fact, I only asked for a single-tooth X-ray, but was told your clinic does not do that and only carries out full-mouth X-rays. Because of this, more issues were pointed out from the scan and I was given recommendations that I did not ask for, such as Invisalign, bridge, or crown. These were not my concerns, and I felt the consultation went in a direction I did not need. I want to emphasize that my request was straightforward, yet it was turned into a much larger assessment which did not meet my expectations. Luckily, I had already been educated by my previous dentist, otherwise I would have been left more confused than reassured. This is the reason why my experience was unsatisfactory and why I shared my feedback publicly.
