Dr Nisha and all the staff on 24/8/2021 were all very nice and friendly. I had my wisdom tooth removed. She explained all procedures and the risks thoroughly. X-ray procedure only a tiny bit uncomfortable because the device is quite square-ish. Otherwise everything else was great!!! Dr Nisha and nurses were very calming and professional. Thumbs up! Suggestion: To change the name of the clinic because it can be confusing to Waze as it has the same name as the Government clinic.

It is a great place to seek for orthodontic treatment. The price is affordable and the dentist; Dr Naga is experienced and professional. Although it doesn't looks a grand as other dental clinics but they definitely have all the equipments they need to provide a good treatment. They normally have a lot of patients, make an appointment before visiting is recommended.

In my opinion, one of the best dental care providers in Bangsar. Good service from staff and extremely competent dentists who care about providing top-rated care. Very reasonable pricing as well, considering the number of treatments offered and after-care services. As with most good places, can get crowded during the holiday season so make sure to book your appointments in advance. Highly recommended. Ask for Dr. Naga, Dr. Joachim and Dr. Gayathri.

The Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur today was told that Datuk Syed Alman Zain Syed Alwi, who died while receiving dental treatment, last year chose to have dental surgery under general anaesthetic to extract a diseased tooth despite knowing the risks he would face. Former Dental Surgery Assistant at Imperial Dental Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd, Noor Azima Mohd Nuwi, 26, said Syed Alman Zain had gone to the clinic on May 26, 2016 because he was experiencing pain in his wisdom teeth. She said an x-ray test, OPG (Orthopantomogram), was done on Syed Alman Zain to determine the cause of the pain and the x-ray results showed that the victim's wisdom teeth needed to be extracted. "From the x-ray, Dr Arlena Phillips Lee (who carried out the surgical procedure on Syed Alman Zain) told her that her wisdom teeth had to be extracted and if not extracted it might affect the other teeth and the victim would go through more pain," she said. He gave evidence during the examination-in-chief of Deputy Public Prosecutor Nadia Zulkefli at the trial of the dental specialist centre case charged with the death of Syed Alman Zain while receiving treatment at the premises last year. Noor Azima is the 10th prosecution witness, who was responsible for assisting doctors in the operating room including preparing surgical equipment at the dental specialist centre. Appointment made early He explained that the Deputy Prime Minister's son-in-law also asked what the procedure and steps were to extract his tooth and he was given an explanation and the choice of whether to extract his tooth with a sedative injection in the gum area or surgery with general anesthesia, meaning the patient would be unconscious during the surgery. He said that for both treatments, the patient would need to take painkillers, namely 'arcoxia' and 'ponstan', as well as the antibiotic 'augmentin'. "Dr Arlena explained that if the surgery was performed with general anesthesia (full body), the clinic would call an anaesthetist from Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) and Dr Arlena also told her that if the surgery was performed with general anesthesia, there was a risk that the patient would regain consciousness. After hearing the explanation, the patient (Syed Alman Zain) made the choice to have the surgery with general anesthesia (full body)," he said. The witness said Syed Alman Zain then made an appointment to perform the surgery on June 4, 2016, but for unknown reasons, the appointment was then brought forward to June 1, 2016. Explaining further, Noor Azima, who currently works at the Dentistree Dental Clinic in Sunway Nexis, said Syed Alman Zain had come to the clinic at 5.30 pm, June 1, 2016. Anaesthetist She said that day, apart from Dr Arlena, she also saw another doctor who was an anaesthetist known as Dr Ting (Dr Ting Teck Chin) in the operating room with Syed Alman Zain. To Nadia's question whether the witness knew Dr Ting and how he knew Dr Ting was Syed Alman Zain's anaesthetist, the witness said: "Because before, I saw Dr Ting administering anaesthesia to patients. I had asked their colleagues and they told me that Dr Ting was an anaesthetist from HKL and that Dr Ting usually administered anaesthesia at Imperial," he said. On 12 August 2016, the dental centre, represented by its company director Dr Wong Yen Ling, pleaded not guilty to nine charges in relation to Syed Alman Zain's death. Among the charges was that he, as the person sued (OKS), was charged as the licensee, and was found to have failed to ensure that Dr Ting, the person who provided anaesthesia services to Syed Alman Zain, had an anesthesiology qualification. The clinic was charged as the licensee with failing to ensure that the individuals who provided radiology procedures and 'IV Sedation' anaesthesia services to Syed Alman Zain were qualified to do so.
